So, if I'm applying what I've learned correctly, an "extreme heat warning" from the NWS could possibly call for ATC's to make "medium to poor" or "poor" braking action calls because of risk of tire blowout?
(Asking as a native Arizonan with a keen interest in learning about ATC)
