No modern motorcycle have the 90s sport bike aesthetics. I want this motorcycle in my country now
Yep, I had high expectations from Honda but I guess it is not gonna happen. I wanted a Japanese brand so that the nostalgia feels right, Kawasaki ZX4RR is cool but it doesn't look retro.
Xsr 900 and z900! Both great looking !
@@WrenchPLS z900 RS is pretty good and so is the xsr900 GP, but we're talking about something small.
You are 100% right! This one hits differently
Hope it comes to your country 🤜🤛
The angle from the thumbnail is incredible! Dual sided exhaust looks fabulous 👌
We share the same opinion
Personally I think dual exhausts look ugly.
I`m surprised by how good this bike sounds at low rpm, but I`d still waiting for 675sr.
I agree! It sounds great even in relatively low rpm! BTW I’ve already preordered 675 SRS😏 BTW which color do you prefer gray or white?
@@eddywave3315 I pre-ordered at May, I think white with cyan wheels looks stunning.
@@KuvaCzardas
@@KuvaCzardasDid CFmoto tell you when it arrives?
@@eddywave3315 Nope, only confirmed it will release this year. It's painful to wait.
Perfect 10/10. Your english is really fun, got a unique twist bro, keep it up !
Glad you enjoyed it! New comparison video is coming today btw, thank you for watching 🤜🤛
Im all for it not having a bunch of extra features like ride by wire if it keeps costs down. They already include a nice suite of features as it is.
Agreed, for only 5k USD, lacking RBW is completely fine imo
Great point! I think 800NK made me hope this would have it too)
CF Moto Mexico is already running advertisements for this bike. Which means think we may see it in the US soon enough.
It has language selection like french english etc.. so i guess this model will be available worldwide
I hope you’re right!
This is what I think! Why would they run the adds if not for selling it!
Thanks for the review. I think this bike will sell really well. For less than half the money of a Kawasaki ZX-4RR you get a well made refined motorcycle. If you don’t want a parallel twin this is a compelling option.
Thank you as always for watching!
Yes, I think if it’s available globally, it would be a great success, I see many people adore this design. And it’s pleasant to ride, I would get one
Wow this bike looks and goes awesome, waiting in Australia till they arrive. Your channel is a awesome channel for CF Moto content thank you muchly
So we are getting it in Aus? I can't find conformation just says cf Aus is trying to get them
Thank you! Is there any news about it coming to Australia yet? I really want to see it there, and I’m curious about the price
@@eddywave3315 no news on release date in Australia, we have got the 450SRS which is a beast but we are a low priority market I think. Can you do a more extended review on the 450SRS like the Voom. I think the long form review with extended ride is more informative
@richardsewell8657 There was an Aussie conference, and the voom was there. So I'd say it's confirmed
@@dani4157 friend of mine's boss was there and test rode both it and the 675sr. All I know is they're both coming and they're both "choice"
YESS FINALLY!! Love all of your videos man.Keep it up👍
-One of your subscribers from Malaysia.
Glad you like them bro! Shout out to Malaysia ✊
Bro, your videos are the bestes english review that ive seen, are very understadable also youre one the few testers that shows this kind of motorcycles befores than no one, really like ur videos GOOD JOB (sorry if u cant get some part of the message, im still practice my english)
I appreciate that! This is why I do them, coz I’m curious myself and there’s nothing about them, so I fill the niche. Thank you for watching 🤜🤛
I love the new CFMoto line up! I ride a 2023 CLX 700 Sport and I am looking to get the new 675SRR when it comes to the USA. Being that CFMoto is a Chinese company the aftermarket on Aliexpress is absolutely huge and very affordable.
Great content, really appreciate the update. Will CFMoto be releasing the 500SR Voom in North America?
Thank you! I don’t know yet about other countries, but I see advertisement of Voom all over the place, so I expect to see it in North America as well. I’m waiting for 675SRR as well, I’ve already preordered it, hope to get it soon
The intake sound is very nice when accelerating! It sounds like a turbine.
I think so too! I love the sound
YEAHHH ITS HERE ! WOW such a funky looking bike, just the looks alone is enough reason to get one, its definitely very different from others.
flaws and quirks aside, im sure it will be rectified later by CFMOTO.
thank you for covering it, hope you can do more rides on it soon !
I think CFMOTO made a risky decision, which turned out to be 100% worth trying) I rode it again in twisties, and double checked acceleration, so new videos are coming! Thank you for watching 🤜🤛
I notice first gear takes you to 80 km/hr, I would go +2 teeth in the rear. It should make launches and accelerations much more in tune with it´s powerband and weight. Great review BTW, we´ve been waiting for this one.
He mentioned 1st gear goes up to 94km/h if I'm not mistaken
@@caffeydesire285 Aaah, OK. In that case -1 & +3. That is waaaay too high for a 500cc bike. Thanks for pointing that out.
Gears are long, but shorter than zx4 and 450rr, but I find it hard to launch well, I think changing rear sprocket will definitely improve the acceleration, but overall it will take away from the general smooth feel of the riding experience
The music in the start was very erotic. 😝 Nice review as always. This bike looks like something out of robocop.
Thank you as always! Now as you said it, I see some robocop vibes too)
As always - great and insightful review. Its seems you had a great blast on the Voom. Sadly, the curb weight is somewhat limiting and no gas by wire (corning ABS) is an omission. As someone wrote below, your channel is an awesome channel for CF Moto content. Many thanks! Keep it up!
I appreciate it🤝 194kg isn’t too bad overall, but given the competition, it’s the heaviest by far, which isn’t something I was expecting. Thank you for watching! Your support means a lot 🤜🤛
Thanks man. You have UNIQUE content on YT. Keep it up! Go for new QJ 700x
I appreciate that! Will try to get it on the channel 🤝
Thank you, I have wanted to see/hear this bike in action, instead of someone showing pictures and doing a voice over. This bike is amazing, I hope we get it here in the States.
to be lighter, the tank, the exhaust system need to be redesigned. the dual intake path does increase weight at the front compared to one. they should redesign the bike and add grooves in the hose, that will increase the turbulence on tbe air coming in and give it a higher ram air effect
That’s a very thorough explanation on weight reduction! Thank you, it will be frustrating if the bike would loose the dual exhaust though 😅
Deberías ir a trabajar para CF.
Finally. Was waiting for your review. Hope you liked it!
Hope you enjoyed the review) the bike was great, new reviews of it are coming
@@eddywave3315 I liked it. I was bummed when you said the bike is heavy than it should be.
The painful part is this bike is only meant for their domestic market, hoping they change their minds though.
They are going to export that, last month they announced they are starting with some Asia countries, maybe will be assembled in malaysia like 450sr
CF Moto Mexico is running advertisements for this bike. CF Moto Mexico was built to support the US/North American Market.
Yep it will eventually ship to other markets. They said some may not get it due to homologation laws however. You'll just have to check with your local dealers.
Looks like it's coming to Australia from the info I can get
It will be coming to México along with the 675 sr
Great content bruv 🤝
Appreciate it man 🤜🤛
终于有货了!!
现在我们都很开心
That price is amazing!
The only question is what will the price be in other countries)
@@eddywave3315 in the uk. Add on an extra 20 vat (tax) … I guess
A great review crazy Dizi!
Shame it doesn't have RBW. Not so much cruise control, but definitely rider modes. Its got enough high tech with traction control & quick shifter.
Im actually not a fan of high reving 4 cylinders. More of a twin rider. This rocket will definitely lose a lot of licences.
Looks ate very neo classic.
You do fantastic videos & are always having fun!
Keep it up & take care!
Thanks for sharing. Always the first to ride realistic priced bikes! Spart from the V4S Ducati. Thats on another level😉
I thank you as always for your support!
NK800 brought my expectations high, with RBW and other cool things, so as I was waiting for Voom since the initial announcement, I was expecting as least the same teck pack, sadly we didn’t get that, but the weight is my biggest issue, coz it’s the heaviest bike in the class. It was an awesome ride nonetheless, I’ve preordered SRS675 already, and still thinking of renting this for a month while waiting.
BTW speaking of SRS675, which color option do you prefer? White or Gray?
Thank you for watching 🤝
Thank you. Looking forward to your test of 675. I'm big fan of CFMOTO now, after owning my CLX700 Sport. Only bad thing is they are sold a lot more expensive in the US than in China. However, it's the only Chinese brand that has factory warranty and came into the US market as a manufacturer.
How do you think of this 500SR vs. 700CLX Sport which has more torque, similar hp, brembo brakes and sticky Maxxis tires? To my surprise, you specs indicates it's only 450cc not really a 500cc.
I’m confused about specs myself, I heard two numbers so far 449 and 499cc. CLX700, will be faster and will have more torque, but this will be much more refined and smooth, gears will be longer, handling is great on both but it’s quite different. The biggest surprise for me is the brakes! They are just as great on Voom as Brembo. If you love inline 4, this bike is great
The induction note is insane. Very nice sounding bike.
Can’t disagree, I’ll release a new comparison video 500sr vs Kove450rr I wonder what you pick😏
You should rent this bike you had so much fun riding it and we wanna see more ✌🏿
I think I will! New video is on the way) Thanks for watching 🤜🤛
Sitting on it is like an R or like an F?? Is it comfortable or sporty?? Thanks! Waiting to see you try 675 sr!
It’s more sporty than ZX4rr but it’s very relaxing and comfortable for a person my size, today I will release a video comparison, I’ll talk about it there as well. Hope you like it
Thank you for this review! Appreciated.
My pleasure! Thank you for watching 🤝
Wow, what an excellent review and editing, commentary etc.. Love this CFMOTO design.
I have to ask, was the bike past it's break-in period before the video? Instant sub btw. Great work.
I appreciate your comment more than you know man! Thank you! Yes, this bike has been ridden for almost 3 weeks by the time of my review. But it wasn’t available for a test ride earlier!
Thank you again for watching and subscribing 🤝
What a masterpiece 👍🏻 BUTTTT I am still waiting for 675SR to be launched in Malaysia ❤ That monster is a game changer
Will see, I’ve already preordered it, hope to ride it soon🤞
nice video bro, I have a ninja 400, would you recommend change my ninja for this bike ? i'm very interested.
If you live inline 4 sound then yes, but speed/acceleration wise even though it feels very different, but number wise it’s very close, I would try 500sr first, and then decide
@@eddywave3315 thank you brother I appreciate it.
Love the channel …debating between this or the new CLC both look great
Thank you! Well both are great bikes, this Voom is in high demand now, hard to get ahold of it
This bike is gorgeous ✨
It really is!🤜🤛
Dope intro, dope accelerations!
Appreciate it!🤜🤛
And as light as my Z900 .......
Z900 has traction control and modes with wire ;).....And they have effective mode....that cut power in half ;)
Older cruise control was a mechanecal lock, now it is an ECU lock, as long as you have an ECU and a button, you don't need ride by wire, just an arduino.
Looks are great on this bike, a little retro, a little modern...
Thank you! Great review, I'd love CFMOTO to use this power plant in neo-retro street bike, say styled like a 4 exhaust Honda K0 CB500/750Four for us old fossils that crave candy paint and chrome😄
Thank you! Well, who knows, CFmoto might as well surprise us with something like that in future! As we can see, then aren’t afraid to bring some good, old design
thank you, I wish your channel grow more
Appreciate it man! Hope one day)
Love this bike , thank you for the review I’m going for the 675 sr
Hope I can make a review soon! Thanks for watching 🤝
Super Sick!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍!
Can’t disagree)🤜🤛
Absolutely gorgeous bike! Ticks a lot of boxes and its not about speed for me, just the design and 4 cylinder. Great one. Will it become a classic?
papio's big brother looking so good
That’s what I think too)
Thanks for the height measurements! I think this bike suit for tall people 😁
I would say it’s very comfortable for a person my size, but it will be suitable for short riders too I believe
so many things and potential accidents happening in the streets after just 2mins of riding. That area is crazy busy. lol
Looks like a big Papio now
It does look like that!
I hope this comes to Australia! Stunning
hey Dizi would you recommend this bike over the kove 400rr or should i just look at used zx 4rrs
I think I would recommend, if you ride in a city or highways, but Kove is better for a track, and it’s way more aggressive, and it feels faster.
Actually I’m editing 500sr vs 450rr comparison vid as I write this comment) hope you enjoy the new vid✊
Sick bike! Glad to see you cover it. How did you feel comfort-wise on the bike at your height? Also, would you recommend this?
It’s very comfortable for me! I rode 2 hours straight the other day, and I love this ergonomics! So far the more I ride the more I like it
@@eddywave3315 Awesome! Thank you for letting us see this bike for the first time. Looking forward to seeing a lot more bike reviews from you!
Please make comparison video with this 500SR Voom vs Kove 450RR
I’m on it😏
I gope they make a standard classic version or even a clx500
They might, this isn’t the first classic bike from them, so let’s hope
Great English, I saw many videos when bajaj arrives, usually india gets first's, and can't understand very well.
Looks fantastic. I hope these come to the US. What kind of work do you do in China?
The name Voom is such a bummer….its a beautiful bike
Love your honest reviews, would you choose this or the kove?
I think I would choose this! Today I’m releasing the video comparison between these two! Hope you like it
There's lots of comments on here about wether this fabulous bike will make it to Australia and I think, unfortunately, the answer is going to be NO. CF have been struggling to move the NK800 (a massive shame as it's a great bike) and 95 % of their sales are for the 450 twin range. The other problem is the Australian market is tiny relatively speaking.
For kove 450 still first generation. I think for next can be nice quality 👍👍
wow i love the way this bike looks
neo cafe racer design with in-line 4? bruhhh im sold! 🤙
In person it looks even better!
when it comes to the riding experience, which feels the best? ZX4R, 450RR, or this 500SR?
500Sr Voom, Cause it's more smooth and stable
Honestly I need to ride them back to back to answer your question, but one of the most pleasant things about ZX4RR was RBW throttle, it was extremely precise and pleasant to use, other than that it’s very similar to Kawa, Kove didn’t feel as well made to be honest, but this is a trade off for super lightweight bike.
Voom 500 is more similar to Zx4 but with no ride by wire
Now that looks interesting for me, as i have a katana 250 4cyl that revs to 15.5k rpm :p
the only thing putting me off is the mirrors mounted on the cli-on, i wish they were on the front fairing
Please please please let this come to the states 🙏🏾🤞🏾🙏🏾🤞🏾😩
I hope it comes soon🤜🤛
Looks very cool. What's the fuel consumption?
a 500 4-cylinder bike, didn't expect that
Nice sound love it
Can’t disagree 🤜🤛
Not gonna lie. this is one sick looking bike
I would like to see them release the blue one here in the states. We’ll probably never get it though. It will be basic black/white and substantially more expensive if we get it at all.
Funny enough, black and white is the only color I’ve seen so far in here! Local guys don’t order the blue one
I hope you get both options soon 🤞
@@eddywave3315 Sadly that’s how it is with dealers a lot of the time. Or they “get sent whatever they get, and have no way of knowing”
@@eddywave3315 Thanks. It would be nice to see more models, but if not, I’m happy with my current bike as well.
I test rode the Kove 450RR and I hated it. it felt so cheaply made and the switchgear is so flimsy I think I would break it in a month.
I know what you’re saying. It felt more poorly built than the competition to me as well, but I guess this is a sacrifice Kove made to make it 161kg.
i like your videos, compare the kove 450rr ,wich one is best?, not in style, more like in parts and motor
Keep the rpms under 4500 first 1000 km. lol.
hahaha
This bike has been delivered 3 weeks ago to the store, the CFmoto staff rode it a lot, but it wasn’t available for people to try. And this is test ride bike
Would you watch it if he did?😂
how much is it?
38000rmb/5325$
God I love 80s-90 designs
Oh My God. now i want the bike you got 😛
I like it - some Suzuki "slabbie" vibes in this bike and a throwback to my childhood...
I believe that were you to remove traction control completely, you could just about match the Ninja's acceleration.
Honestly I don’t think TC kicked in, it’s just this power band, it’s hard to launch for me, today I’ll release another video, 0-100 acceleration was better in it😏
vroom vroom. i like it already just for the name if anything
Do we know when the 500sr (non voom) coming out? Any new on these coming to US?
Does it come with the steering dampener
The advanced version does
insane
Brother, when are you going to review the CFMoto C-LC Bobber? (Single seat)
Right when I find one around! I’m stoked to ride it
Damn it looks nice
6kg heavier than the 4rr for half the price. Still hard to beat provided the rest of it is at least close in performance to the 4rr
Oh yeah is great but RPMs at 100k,125,150k per hour. In my area, and lots of Western US, highway speeds are 78-85 mph. And that requires you to move out of the fast lane if faster traffic is coming from behind. Typical freeway on ramp blending speed is @70 often faster so bikes that are not capable, or bikes so slow, so little power that they can't get out of their own way are dangerous
Wish this would come to the US
The exhausts could be made of a lighter material, footpegs and handlebars (clip-ons) and the tank material would save 15-20 kilograms if not more.
Chinesium was never known for its light weight.
@@kugangles9860 Kove would like to have a word
I think this time they prioritized look over weight on purpose, I see in comments most people love this design and don’t care much about it’s weight
It's not light as the other two but it is the most torquey
Yes, you’re right! 10nm over the competition!
More power than a zx4rr for half the price? Yeah I’m in
Zx4 Japan version almost 90hp with top speed 250kmh but.. we didnt need this bike go that far. So for half price, I’ll choose this instead zx4 ❤
@@aleokyn5757 unfortunately I’m American so it’s neutered to 50s hp
@occasionalshredder well there isn't a single actual buyer of the 4rr that isn't going to immediately refresh the ecu and put an exhaust on it. So it's a moot point
@@demwillams8898 it voids warranty to do that unfortunately but I’m sure most do regardless, also still 2x the price
That’s what I say😂
I mean its got more displacement than the other bikes you compared and its an inline 4 so it is bound to be heavier
I think you’re right, but I hold CFMOTO to a higher standard, and my expectations were high AF) great bike nonetheless
I agree. Ride by wire is very desirable. Regretfully this is not available
I think it would definitely make Voom500 even better
not sure if its just the camera view or the cockpit looks a bit odd. i'd go with the first tho.
how do u feel it with zx4r friend ? which one better !!
They feel very similar, I miss RBW on CFmoto, but other than that, it’s just as smooth and it’s much cheaper. Power feels quite the same, but power band is a little earlier on CFmoto
Im in china, shanxi province, think of getting me one of these as well
How much is the price difference between China and eu/us normally?
It’s a 1500-2000$ difference, based on 800nk price difference to my knowledge
Great content!! Where's the location ??
Is this a solid beginner bike?
FIRST LIKE!
Thanks man🤜🤛
Good bike!
I think so too! I loved it
👋👀 #dizimini Waiting for 675 SR R👈 inLine 3 review 🛣🔑🏍💨⚡️
How does it compare to a Yamaha R6 ? Is it on the ballpark?
WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS CRAZY idea? You should wait for the 675sr.
@@zhangblaster8948 I'm not waiting for the CF 675 I'd rather have the Daytona 675R it's the original and probably the best mid weight bike ever aside from the Laverda 750R formula
No
Closer to an fz6r
I can’t tell, coz I barely rode r6, but it’s less powerful for sure
the throttle cable looks like a 2 cable job thou, doesnt look like RBW to me, i could be wrong thou...
You are right, it’s not RBW
couldn't give it a wash before the video?
