      what are you talking about? if you mean the quickshifter you can clearly both hear/see him talking about the quickshifter and actually using it as for downshifts thats what the slipper clutch is for, need I remind you that the oem quickshifter on the triumph street triple R is up-shift only?

    • @Clearjab
      @Clearjab 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@22Epic In wich part of my response did I say it had a quickshifter for downshift, I said you can clearly see hin use it ( at up-shifts) and in down shifts thats why there's a slipper clutch... triumph is making 2005 looking bikes in 2025 (with the exception of the trident) and on top of that if you want shift-assist you need to pay extra... lmao way to do "real bikes"

    • @Clearjab
      @Clearjab 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @22Epic Again... where did I state that a slipper clutch and a quickshifter are the same? For the third time I stated that he used the quickshifter for up-shifts and for down shifts you have a slipper clutch wich sole purpose is to make the clutch engagement at downshift a "smooth" transition to prevent jarring/jerkiness and subsequently reduce the chance of the rear tire loosing its grip, wich has nothing to do with a quickshift wich commonly pulls timing/fuel to onload the gearbox, the fact that you fail to read properly three times in a row its mind boggling, if you cant be bothered to tap the clutch for a downshift just buy a rekluse and be done with it, maybe instead of worrying if someone else has ridden a bike or not you should be worring about some "reading and comprehension" classes, the kind you were supposed to get at kindergarden but somehow you failed miserably at it

    i hope CF Moto emulates the Japanese car manufacturers when they started expanding to north America. Everyone called them trash and low quality compared to the domestic vehicles so they over engineered bullet proof quality cars for and sold them at an affordable price. then they started to gain a reputation of being great vehicles.

      I've been enjoying my 450ss. Just hit 2k miles. It feels quick as a new rider, and very at home on the 55mph roads you mention. My only qualm is leg comfort after about 2 hours, it feels a little cramped for me at 6ft even with the taller seat installed. I have not tried out alternative rearsets. Bike sounds and looks great overall though, especially with the yoshimura exhaust.

    The 675ss is a very impressive bike for its price. The engine does sound amazing and I’m surprised it comes with a quickshifter. Kudos to CFMoto for making this model, it will be extremely competitive in the market. I have an RS660 and bikes at this power level are a lot of fun without being too much to handle. That new 675 Sport bike is probably quite awesome! But the bike that is really turning heads is the Ibex 450. Plenty of reviews since it has been introduced to the rest of the world before coming to USA. Excellent features, build quality, value. They pretty much hit it out of the park with a small displacement adventure bike that a lot of riders have been looking for for years. Is it perfect? No not perfect. Lighter weight would be nice but that comes at a much higher price tag. Another plus: CFMoto will have a long list of accessory bits available for this bike so you won't have to wait a year for aftermarket to catch up...

  • @Frank_Torre
    @Frank_Torre 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

    OC: Definitely for me it would be the 675SS/675SR depending on where you are. From what I've seen of it, I think it's what Triumph wanted to give us in the Daytona but didn't want to upgrade the previous 675 engine for Euro 5 so they went with the Trident 660 instead. I fully expect the 675SS/675SR to outsell the Daytona 660 as the new Daytona is disappointing imo.

    • @dx-v-xb
      @dx-v-xb หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Both the Daytona 660 and the 675SR have the same specs, 95 hp, 69Nm of torque (Daytona 660), 70 Nm (CF moto). Despite CF motos slightly higher displacement it only has 1Nm more torque than the Daytona. So if the Daytona 660 is disappointing by your standards, the CF moto 675SR is too.

    • @Frank_Torre
      @Frank_Torre หลายเดือนก่อน

      @dx-v-xb It has NOTHING to do with specs. I've rode the new thing Triumph is calling the Daytona and as a previous Daytona 675R rider I can say that the new bike doesn't deserve to carry that moniker. Triumph could've called it anything other than Daytona and I would've been fine with it, but calling it a Daytona when it rides and handles like that is just something I can't stand for. The new "Daytona" just seems like a neutered version of the bike that came before it in comparison to it's previous 675R generation. While riding the new 675 SR it gave a more aggressive sport rider triangle which gave it the edge for me in the comparison.

      Good news, It's likely a tune issue since 95HP is the absolute maximum that you can limit in europe to meet the A2 license (restricted to max 47hp and max 0.26hp/kg, but you cannot restrict it to below half of it's true max power). Whenever I see power at 95hp, I immediately assume it's engineered to that value via a map and you can "unrestrict" it. This is for example why Triumph is coming out with a completely separate 95hp version of their Street Tripple, a bike which usually has 120-130hp.

    If they put that 675 triple in an ADV say goodbye to the T7 and Tuareg. They might even drop the LC8 from the lineup as it seems like a toxic platform right now unless the camshaft issue is resolved. The KTM rep is getting tarred right now.

    OC It's so hard to pick just one bike I'm excited about from the new lineup, cause they all look amazing, but if I had to pick one, it would definitely be the 450 MT. With that amazing 450 engine, the more comfortable riding position, and the ability to take it on some longer rides then a sport bike, it's just an amazing package.

    OC: It seems Cfmoto USA did not present the 500ss that is a 4 cylinder with a couple of air intakes at the front that look like round headlights. It is a shame because that also looks like a very interesting sport bike. Great to see the 675ss and cfmoto using a different power platform than their two and single cylinder engines. I hope you can get your hands into one of those 675 for an in-depth review. Great video!

    I love the styling of the sport bikes. But when I see how you're scrunched up in them my hips instantly tell me no. I'm sad to see they've gotten rid of the CL-X 700, it was hoping to eventually get one in the future. The CL-C 450 is nice but I probably wouldn't go for it. I've also been eyeing the IBEX450, one of the other reviewers I watched said it's power delivery and nimbleness felt more "dirt bike like" to him than it did adventure bike but it was in an adventure bike package. Since they went with 21" & 18" wheels front and back you could add more aggressive dirt bikes tires if you wanted to do more casual dirt trails. Some of them are DOT approved if you look hard enough.
