    I spent 6 months during covid in Sri Lanka daily working out with this video, and it was really helpful both for the body and soul. Thanks for that. Then we had two kids and the body had to take a back seat for a while. Today is the first day that both kids are in kindergarden and I can finally get back to deep stretching my body once again, hopefully I will find the time to give myself that luxury hehe.

    Another great video! Thank you so very much. I appreciated the pace, holding the poses, and the variations. What makes your videos unique is you are actually doing the poses while giving perfect instruction at the same time. This is probably not easy for you to talk and do the yoga. Too many other videos either give too little or too much instruction and I find your instruction to be just right! Thank you.

    I have been doing all your stretching videos for the last 12 months. They are the best exercises for stretching and opening up the body.

    Just practiced this class for the first time. For the past week I have been packing and moving which left no time for my morning yoga. This class eased every ache and pain in my entire body! I definitely recommend it!

    I am 6 months post partum, and have been insanely sore in my low back, extremely tight in my hip flexors, and hamstrings. My upper back is all messed up from cosleeping etc. Today, I attempted to workout, and my body was like NOPE. I chose a yoga flow, and still yet, NOPE. I was like "I need something s l o w and a deep stretch." Found this youtube video, and YESSSSS. This is exactly what I needed this morning! After waking up stiff, and achy. Thanks so so much! I really appreciate this, and that there's hardly any talking!

    Erin, I got here because I had a work-out heavy week. Today is Sunday and I could barely move. I needed desperately a stretching class and couldn't wait to Monday or Tuesday. So I searched in TH-cam and found your amazing videos. I have just made this 45-minute class and I am a Completely restored! Thank you very much. Amazing class! Already subscribed ;)

    Thanks so much for your deep stretch yoga videos! I struggle with poor flexibility and I am trying to improve. These are a great help! They move at a very relaxing pace as well. Can you do future yoga stretch videos to help with forward splits stretches? Great channel! Thanks for the videos!

    Wow, great class! I have some sort of workout injury and found your site by searching for "deep stretch." The deep stretching really helped! I'm fairly flexible, so I can get into most of the poses, but they're very challenging to hold. I definitely feel better (injury not hurting as much!) and am looking forward to trying some of your other classes very soon. :-)

    This was an amazing stretching session, very relaxing thanks to this soft voice you have but also challenging and very efficient. I didn't even feel the 45 minutes and I felt super loose and relaxed afterwards! I would love to see more of that, especially for the split practice (I am close but not quite yet; it took me a whiiiiile to get where I am. I am happy that I could go so far but now, it's taking me even more time to feel any progress). Thank you for sharing this incredible yoga class, it's a very valuable content. Blessings from Mexico.
