I agree the under glow RGB kit with the PCIE slot routing bracket would just look ugly inside and outside the case. The best way to get an RGB under glow for your case would just be to drill a hole in the bottom of your case, install a rubber grommet, and route the cables that way. A simple easy mod. Would be completely clean and the easiest to cable manage. That way you could also use any RGB strips you wanted and could even use the RGB header straight from the motherboard. No need for proprietary NZXT RGB hubs or their proprietary CAM software.

Yeah I ignore and avoid lights on all components and just put a white led strip on the roof for some basic illumination.

I had a bug in my CAM software. I was given personal service until the bug was fixed in a personal driver update for my specific hardware/software environment. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

Thanks for the trick for installing the underglow as it only has two slots for pci-e, I have the same case and i had this question
The nzxt cases have holes under the case feet’s u can route them there ... 🤓
Can you share a picture from the side where you routed the Underglow connector? I have been considering drilling a small hole, attaching a rubber grommet and route the cable cleanly from underneath the case.

i really like nzxt's approach to RGB. the outer glow to me looks more appealng than corsair and the likes. too bad i can't find any in stock for the life of me. so just going to stick with the stock air cooler from amd til they come back in stock. no compromises!

Not touching nzxt software products untill the new cam rework is complete. Cam was so unreliable on my x62 before that pump died after 1.5 year..
Sucks to hear, Wish I could say the same but my x62 has been working flawlessly for 1.5 years. Also never had an Issue with Cam, And I also use Aura Sync.
A lot of people have had Kraken pumps die after short period use. NZXT needs to work on reliability as priority
@@bearzilla2462 The units are just standard Asetek pump/rad combo's with NZXT's bling added on top - i can't see a reason for them being any more or less reliable than any other Asetek AIO.
Yeah same, Cam has always been absolutely dreadful for me, It was problem after problem. Have they said when the rework will be complete/started? I haven't kept up with any of their updates
I have no issues as of yet with the CAM or the X62.

CAM constantly threshes HDDs and uploads your data to NZXT. Stay away until they allow fully offline mode.
I wonder if NZXT's Hue has been successful in the Brazilian market...

I really regret the fact that I can't find any good PCI-E- or USB-connected addressable RGB controller for my Evolv X... None of my two motherboards I'm fitting inside the case have an addressable RGB header but I'd like to control the LEDs through software though...

The colored fans ok, I can see me using them somewhere. But the cable combs? Why would you even... No. Just no. The goal should be to make combs 'invisible', so it looks like you've done a proper sleeving job. And you know what, just do a custom sleeving job, make cables the right length and make 'em bendy and nice so they fit right in your own personal rig without a cable comb. Thén you are putting some effort in your custom system and you may be proud. I have an urge to go on a rant over some stupid lights look at that.
Yeah, lit up cable combs are utterly moronic. Did you see the 24 pin lights that Lian Li released? Has to be the most ricer product I've ever seen.

after numerous updates on cam software it still crashes, nearly cooked my cpu to death because it stopped ramping up fanspeeds. bsod incoming..
i connected the fans straight to the motherboard because you cant trust cam at all..POS stay away from it
Dude, those cable combs have to go!!!!! 😡 Just my honest opinion. They are not needed at all.
I am 10 years old so I am too old for RGB :-)
