W201 Mercedes 190e superturbo build om605

Om605 w201 build. I removed this om605 from a w202 c250 that I used to own and bought back 10 years later! So far the spec consists of a 7.5mm dieselmeken pump, kangaroos team inlet and exhaust manifold, MTS Technik suspension, w220 s430 callipers with r300 330mm discs and 17” monoblock style wheels. Aiming for 400 ish bhp

hi, i am looking to do the same will the 605 fit without any modofications to the engine mounts and firewall

The 605 has the same footprint as the om602 that came in the 2.5 190d so yes, bolts straight in without modifying the firewall. As well as that, the bolt pattern is the same for the gearboxes, as for mounts, you’ll need the om602 mounts from a 190d. I think the c-class 605 mounts sit too high but I’m not sure
