Check your local glass shop that is where I bought a new piece of track that I cut to size then welded the tabs onto it. While your at the glass shop you can get that tape or seal to mount the glass onto the track.
Ugh. Sorry you had to do this, but seems like even on new cars window regulators are a problem after years of going up and down. Just unfortunate.that the inside of the doors weren't painted on these trucks, or else used galvanized for some of these parts. I guess I should plan on doing this before too many wet Texas winters go by.

Considering this truck is 49 years old, stuff like this is expected. I'll get it fixed properly when I either get a new track or fix mine.
Nothing more annoying than not being able to get your windows closed when you want it.
