Excellent tutorial! It's only an easy job if you do it exactly how he demonstrated it. You must push it flush with the vent window so that the other end (curved end) isn't too long or too short.
@@autometaldirectI'm trying to find a door latch for my 1984 Dodge Ram W 100 but, no luck anywhere. I've looked on all of the auto parts websites. All I find is nothing. Can I restore the old door latch and reuse it?! Where would I go to have it done?! Thanks.
I have a 1994 Dodge Dakota and I need to replace the window felts as you did in the video. However, I cannot find the replacement parts ANYWHERE. By watching your video, I think that I can successfully complete the task if only I had the parts. Can you please give me some guidance in finding some? Thank you very much.
Wish you offered more for the 80s d150s, they’re becoming more popular by the day with c10 prices so high. To have a test subject in the shop and no more parts to offer than what you have is crazy. Can’t sell what you don’t make
Did you do this with the glass in? In the lowest position, the glass on my '93 is pretty much flush with the top of the door. So I'm having a lot of trouble getting the clips to engage, with so little clearance between the glass and the metal. Someone said I could take the glass loose from the regulator and rest it on the bottom of the door, but I've got the door panel off, and it's not obvious to me how to do this.
Is yours better then the one LMC sells or is it the same product. I ordered LMC’s one (didn’t hear of you guys till I looked up a video). The issue I’m having is that the little teeth on it are pretty much non-existent and don’t grab so you go to roll the window up and the curved part opposite the vent window pops out when you roll the window up. I called and your rep said you guys don’t deal with dodge parts. Read them the part number and they said oh it’s probably the same thing as LMC sorry. So just want to verify
are these made by AMD or are they the Precision replacement parts brand strips????????????????? The precision parts strips dont work and honestly would piss off the Pope. If these are different from the Precision, I will buy a set. I gave up on the precision.
Thank goodness people still make these seals
They are a easy fix for a common issue!
Thank you
Needed advice for my 1977 dodge tradesman! This is a very helpful how to video for window sweep replacement!

Try lmc truck
I have a 89 Dodge van B150 do you have vent window gaskets
Im not sure that they are the same as the truck. We currently only show applications for the D-series truck
Can you answer some questions on getting some work done , who and how to get in touch with?
