Great! I'm a German social worker, always struggling with documenting my work... I did actually in a 25 min slot more than normally in two hours with this ! Thank you for your support !
When I fist saw this vid was 3 hours, I thought I wouldn't last the distance but I did more work in those 3 hours than in my whole life!! Thank you, what a clever idea. I will be using again. I've got a huge hit of dopamine thanks to that! 😅😅😅😅😅
The sound gives me like a smooth relaxation but also keeps me alert. So, thank you… even though I have some symptoms of ADHD. I’m going to see the doctor about it…
Hey! Wanted to say thanks, I got 1h of programming done, did all my taxes and bookkeeping and had time to learn about investing towards the end of the work session. I got a lot done, thanks to you!

Then I clicked on this vid out of curiosity, and I got everything done and even a bit more! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ❤❤❤
I've been using a Pomodoro app for about 8 months, and the difference it makes is amazing. Using this app during a workday also makes me remember to take breaks😊 There are different sounds to choose from in the app, and my favorite sound is rainy weather, which also lock out the noise from the spacious office👍

I have only one goal it's to work my best for the 3 hours, sometimes goals don't work because then you are disapointed you did not reach them, so just focus on the process and walk on the direction you want to go where your goal is, some steps are better than no step
Thank you for creating this video! I finished a project I'd been putting off for 6 weeks. Then I carried on working because x 4 more of your sessions were left so I followed along.
This was helpful. I was able to get ready for the day and study. I have been procrastinating doing this. ADHD tips and support are needed to get through. I thought i was just lazy and stupid.
Color roots part-2, do load of laundry, attend church… ”update” I did it all and more, again!!! This is crazy! How come this works?!!! I tried it out again this morning because I wanted to see if it was a one-off or if it would still work for me. I feel like someone opened the door to success and handed me the keys! 🔑 🎉🎉🎉
This is helping me SO MUCH to get into periods of focus and productivity in my office!!! Thank you, my fellow ADHD frie......hey wanna go ride bikes? LOL
i have seriously bad ADD, SO MUCH HYPERACTIVITY, that i waste my time after getting a task done, this audio helped me A LOT brother. thanks brother, this is changing my life, no joke, im able to finally focus on studies brother, ughh finally
Personal tip as someone who worked years with pomodoro and has ADHD: I always struggled with the first focus phases in pomodoro (the expectation to concentrate 25 minutes absolutely killed any concentration). I struggle extremely with concentration and trying to force it. Start with shorter focus times and breaks (13 min focus 2 min break, then 20 min focus 5 min break) till you are at your desired pomodoro focus length. (If that is too long, do 10 min focus, 1 min off). I do this everytime I know I need to do A LOT, like exam phase, writing a paper/thesis etc. This is for the ones that dread the next weeks, see the mountain of work and struggle to start. Did two bachelors degrees (one in computer science with maths focus) and a highly demanding masters with this method. But also: dont be so hard on yourself. It is okay if you need a certain level of time pressure and adrenaline to start! It is okay to have "off" weeks where you just stare at your work and ask yourself why it is not possible just to do it. Also the easier a task gets, the harder it gets to do it in time and that is alright as well. And lastly: If you estimate for a task, DO NOT base it on the optimum!!!! (if i am perfectly concentrated and everything works perfectly, then it will take xyz - that sets you up for failure and disappointment). take into consideration your current effectivity and calculate that by 2 or 3 times to get a reasonable estimate
Tasks Im going to do during this session: 1) Start my programming project for data structures & algorithms due soon 2) Do my calculus 2 homework If I have time I'll also write the discussion section for my critical thinking paper. Wish me luck with this focus session!!!
I spent this time working on a paper. I got a lot done, but I didn't finish what I set out to do. Probably because I needed more time to complete it, or because I got a bit too focused on the research and not the actual writing of the paper.
1. Assign student placements and update spreadsheet. 2. Email review and catch-up from last week's time off. 3. Create priority task list from emails & prep for tomorrow's meeting.
Thanks a lot for this. It helps me focus when doing work. Keep up the good work @ADHDVision, your videos are helping a lot of people. Please never stop :) Greetings
1) restructure voice transcript into themes 2) calendar of tasks, appointments and study blocks for next 2.5 weeks 3) collate references so far onto one master document
yeah, I notice that I use these 5 minutes to do something about the house, thinking: "It's so effective to use this 5 min break to sort things out or wash the dishes". But I guess it's better to just relax. Which is harder!)))
@@annasljnovikova you are so right - but then you end up exhausted. Productive, but exhausted- pathway to burnout. Now if only I could implement my own advice…..☺️

No. I have months and months of laundry in baskets, bags & storage tubs on my bedroom floor. I can barely walk through the room without tripping. I will first need to sort through it to remove personal items I want to wash myself.

What's your impression on near infrared and red light therapy for ADHD? Because it has been very helpful in reducing my ADHD symptoms and given me a few added benefits like greater focus, better memory and a positive overall mindset. I mostly use a Red Light therapy panel with 7-band R+|NIR+ Advanced Spectral Output by PlatinumLED Biomax 450. For my head and other body parts, about 5 to 6 days a week.
