    How’s the shedding, do you shed a lot or little? ❤ the video

    • @SimplyJustCee
      @SimplyJustCee  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My shedding is average, nothing too crazy. If you find yourself shedding a lot, make sure your vitamin D and iron levels are good. I take vitamin D supplements daily and spirulina (great for natural iron), which helps tremendously. ❤️

      I use plain old green tea rinse after shampoo. Two green tea bags with about a cup of warm water. Then don't rinse out and put your conditioner on.
      Like magic
      Shedding will be reduced.

    Hey Amazing Video! I noticed you are using the Shea Moisture Manuka Honey shampoo and Low Porosity shampoo, do you ever use the conditioners that come with those two lines? In addition, do you mind detailing your wash schedule over an entire month, interested in knowing which products you use, on what day, in what order, how far apart those days are and when does your whole routine cycle.

    I have a question after each time you wash your hair did you dry your hair like before applying conditioner and deep conditioning? Thank you

    • @SimplyJustCee
      @SimplyJustCee  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, I towel-dried my hair before conditioning/deep conditioning my hair. So it's still wet, but not super saturated with water, so that the conditioner could properly penetrate my strands.

    Thank you for the great info!! Just bought all the products🙌🏽
    Just a quick question how do you keep your hair moisturized if in braids or protective style? Thank you

    • @SimplyJustCee
      @SimplyJustCee  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I oil my scalp and spray my braids with water every 5 days or so as needed. I also put a little of the Camille Rose Curl Love on the braids or The Doux Mousse Def Texture Foam when needed for moisture.

    I have way less steps in my routine. Also, I flip-flop between regular conditioner and deep conditioner with steam every other wash. Which I do every 2 to 3 weeks as well.

    Thank you , I’ve recently learned that I have low porosity hair , I did order everything but the intensive hydration shampoo I did by the conditioner, do I need the shampoo as well ?

    What type of moisturizer do you use after your hair is styled?

    • @SimplyJustCee
      @SimplyJustCee  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I use Moisture Milk by Camille Rose.

  • @dandjcb6877
    @dandjcb6877 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Hello, a question, doesn't the deep conditioner go before the conditioner? Because the conditioner does not work, it is to seal the cuticle and help retain the hydration that the deep conditioner gives it.
