My biggest takeaway: "being able to pay is not a qualifying criteria". I often heard the opposite advice, but in the context of an alt agency it makes sense to sell three on-a-budget clients a productized service, rather than do custom work for a high-hourly-rate-paying client. This is so easy to understand, but harder to execute. I have a high-paying client like that, but it’s scary to “fire” him 😅

@@bashvlas Why is it hard to execute? Go replace the value of the current one with something more leveraged then you’ll be less “dependent” on one.

Creating assets to build your own business instead of churning out custom work. You've been preaching and practicing for years.
Killing it with value on these. Great work Greg. Thanks for sharing.

Just finished watching and was shocked at the fact that this has only 300 views. It deserves so much more attention, what a great video.

My biggest takeaway, @@gregoryjhickman, involves not talking more about ourselves than our prospects' situation in their words, for which we need to have lots of experience with their condition. Everything else we build or do seems rooted to this requirement.
If it's all about us, the agency won't align well with itself since, paradoxically, the client is the agency, not us.
Wrong issues to address means wrong agency alignment. Only the client's experience yields the issues to address.

This video was amazing! As a 22 yr old agency owner it’s inspiring to hear about what could be in my future if I do things the right way!
