    Thanks for this. I want to build seafront but after accessing the situation I need to think carefully about it.

      You still can. Just a little further inland where you can still have a view. Maybe somewhere a little hilly. Don't give up. Just survey the areas you're considering.

    It doesn’t make sense to me to build on or near the coastline. Inland only and drive to the beach.

    Ocean view is best place to leave so that you can meditate everyday and be connected to mother Gaia. In 20-30yrs time humidity will be capable to leave on Sea XD. Stop scaring bcoz many nations are leaving at ocean front view for thousands of yrs but nothing happened to them.

      I agree with you bro. I'm in the process of buying two ocean front plots in Ada. Surveyor finishing paper work. One of my best friends in Ghana comes from Ada and his cousin is the chief Nene for their beach town. I sent him to Ada to search for beach land for me. All working out so far. I want to live by the ocean for the rest of my life although I have another house a mile away from the ocean. This is a risk I am willing to take for the beauty of the ocean to enjoy it before I depart this earth. 🙏🙏🙏

    Climate change is wreaking havoc all over the globe causing the sea to rise and devour the land, so it is good advice you are giving to those who may want to buy property near the beach to have a re-think and consider moving further inland to avoid problems in later years.

      A. D. Hey, I was also looking at pram pram beach and had someone have a look - the sea is extremely harsh there and there’s no sea defence yet so it’s moving in. That’s not to say they won’t build sea defence in the future tho

    So due to climate change it's not a good idea to build an ocean front house.

    If you been to Caribbean or from there we understand. Dangerous during hurricane season. I prefer hill top properties. Rebuilding is frustrating after a natural disaster.

    EKOW. They should stack the bricks on top of each other thats the way its done in America to build a 3foot wall so water doesnt come close to the houses ! Also the houses built there have to be stained with the lacker for porches and woods so theres no wood rot! Inform your construction people of this

    • @backtotheoldway6964
      @backtotheoldway6964 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      "build a 3foot wall so water doesnt come close to the houses" - You need to do a lot more than that to hold back a 15ft swell.

    In Florida, we have very bad erosion. The city or state imports sand almost every year to replace it. Water comes into our coastal streets during "King tide". Its a real mess.

    • @JeanBrn020
      @JeanBrn020 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Samuel Comah They rebuild the beaches with the sand. They don't put stone on the beach. Not saying one is better than the other. That's just what they do. Personally I wouldn't live on the beach.
