One of the best schools in the cape coast metropolis now collapsing due to sea encroachment......The Government of Ghana should intervene and save this historic landmark. Ekow, am also an old boy of Philip Quaque Boy's. Alot of great people in the country pass through this school so i think they can also come and support the school as well. The salt from the sea causes destruction to buildings and devices. It is unfortunate for such a landmark to end up in ruins like this. The beach front needs to be protected from any further incursions.
This is why conventional building will never stand the test of time. We have to grow into a mindset of returning back to naturalness. Building with the earth. Earthen buildings have stood the test of time for millions of years. Look at all the adobe homes from the Aztecs, ancient African villages, Egyptian residences, Moroccan residences, all built with earthen materials. Let's try that and not have to rely on manufactured material thats NOT earth friendly, AND ultimately deteriorates over time. Peace and Blessings.
Why don't businesses just use trailers so that in the event if the sea does rise all they have to take a move their trailer they won't have to take a total loss?

I love the ocean and want to look across to my Caribbean family so I need ocean view land even if not ocean front land.
