Why are Ghanaians always hustling the diasporas? the prices given to the diasporas are different, why? I know that the prices most of you state in DOLLARS were actually given to you in CEDIS, so why are you people doing that?. I am also from Cape Coast area and I know that if I were to show up and speak my FANTE to the real owners of some of these lands, they will not state the price to me in dollars? I hardly saw the American dollar when I lived in Ghana and so is a lot of these older folks who actually own the lands. This is becoming a problem and it's turning a lot of diasporas off. Ghana has a law in the books that makes it unlawful to quote any prices in DOLLARS except the places sanctioned by the government, so why are the authorities not enforcing the law?
They hassle the diaspora because they have money

In this video you promote purchasing beach front property but in your other video you're against purchasing beach front land. Beach front land can be very profitable. In Accra, beach front is going at $60,000 per plot. In America, beach front land is $500,000 and up per plot. If you are selling for $8,000 per plot, it sounds like a scam.
It's true in fact it's bit isolated and the road from Anyesudo junction which is 4 kilometres is not great and its just about 20mins to Cape Coast not 40mins. Contact me if you interested l have one behind the community hotel for sale at a lesser price .

Hahaha, a lot of diasporans asking if they’re being targeted. Well, most mid-income Ghanaians already have their houses and if they want a 2nd home, they usually build in their ancestral village or area. The $ question can be sorted by stating a disclaimer that it’s subject to currency fluctuations if bought in cedis…sorted.
