    We had a couple of these in our Telecine Dept for displaying RGB and I think also Vector display. This was back in about 1990.

      Yep I do suspect it something on two smaller vector boards is what I suspected as well. Found a zener diode completely shorted as well as one capacitor leaking DC on that board which was causing weird pulsing when you turn on only readout intensity, that problem fixed now and noticed someone had a go at it at some point. I am hoping a bad transistor on that board. It does have the same common issue noticed on the 2400 series, characters not setting correctly. Thankfully rest of it now work the vector boards get to once have some time off to have a go at it and hang the board off the side to check voltage’s as it located under shields of digital board. The 2400 series much more easier to work on as on a card in the rear
