      I wake up when there is barely any sunlight. Same to my friend in France, who is apparently in the same timezone yet much more offset to the west, so he goes to school in actually zero sunlight.
      Either way, I don't understand why schools necessarily need to start this early? Jobs are more diverse in terms of shifts, so can't the same apply to schools? Oh, wait. That's already a thing. Except I'm 99.99% sure it relies on your parents who don't understand why you can't simply just be hyperactive woken up in the middle of the night, let alone that such an option even exists.

    i remember one time in my life, only one time, when i woke up and felt extremely refreshed and energetic. like i opened my eyes and felt like running a marathon for charity and felt very motivated. it was epic

    I do a lot of these things, as for the few that weren't mentioned:
    I often use homesprays or spray some body mist on my pillow, and write notes of things I'm afraid I may otherwise forget, I also manually do the dishes last thing before preparing for bed, it's like meditation and a moment to let my thoughts run free, because I always do this before preparing for bed I alert my body it's about that time.
    And once I wake up, I make sure to check my agenda and roughly plan out my day, then have breakfast, and take a shower.

    Oh, I also have this whole night and morning skincare routine, to feel clean before heading for bed and after my shower in the morning.

    REM sleep is actually the lightest form of sleep, however is only happens after the deepest form of sleep which is why it sometimes gets confused with deep sleep. And the deep sleep is the sleep that makes you feel not tired in the morning, not rem, rem is important however in memory formation and body repair

    Setting alarms to remind you to sleep helps a ton! I’ve used this trick for about a year and works like a charm.
    I usually sleep at 10 PM and I have alarms at 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. This way I’m reminded that I’ll have to hit the bed.

    This actually explains a lot. I was a swimmer and as such I was swimming in cold water first thing in the morning. This gave me exercise, cold water, and gave me a stretch. When I stopped my sleep immediately suffered

    while staying hydrated is important, drinking too much before bed means you might interrupt your deep sleep to go to the bathroom. try getting your daily water intake at least 3 hours before bed if you wake up to go to the bathroom a lot, and only have sips after that if you need it

      My alarm will go off 1,000,000 times and won’t wake up also me some one texts me and I wake up when it like a little like doorbell ring and it’s super simple

      You've learned to ignore your phone alarm and be alert to your text message. It doesn't really matter how loud it is when your mind has associated one thing with very important and the other with not important.

      Yeah for me its The same If i sleep like 7 hours i feel so tired but when i only sleep like 5 hours or less i dont really feel tired at all

    I’ve had a 11 pm - 4 am sleep schedule for almost a year now and I wake up good and have energy all day and I work landscaping.

      @@vanildakruger280 upon waking up i go to the bathroom and drink a glass of water afterwards cause my throat dry asf for sleeping 8 hours straight without drinking (naturally), and i never had any problems
