Never ever again will we see comic genius quite as amazing as the 2 Ronnie's.. Watching them work on a sketch is art.. It truly is. How well their chemistry is displayed is beautiful, everything in this sketch is absolutely flawless, the lines are delivered and flow through with pin point timing and accuracy. An absolute joy to watch the 2 greatest comedy icons in history ❤️👌
Comedy genius unsurpassed. They played and bounced off each other so effortlessly and brilliantly, with impeccable timing. The writing is just so tight too. Such fond memories and nostalgia of growing up with British talent and shows like this, throughout the 70s and 80s.
I'm Portuguese but I lived in London from 1969-1990, I watched great British Comedy all this time, to this day as a 63 year old there is nothing as good or ever will be as this, even in my own country comedy is of very low standard compared to British comedy.
@@maree-mareesongwriter6226 all RONNIE BARKERS double talking was incredible so many different talents he was unbelievably fantastic I often had tears of happiness running down my face watching him he could get me in stitches easily the only other comedian that could get close to him was the almost equally brilliant DAVE ALLEN

An Irish pub sketch by 2 British comedy legends. I'm Irish and i LOVE this. I got to see Ronnie Corbett perform in Dublin in 2005 not long before Ronnie Barker passed away.
This is the 1st sketch I've ever seen from them and am crying from laughter. Being a Scot with Irish friends & neighbors I've got to say these guys nailed it! Can't stop watching these two now.

I agree I’m only 12 but nothing nowadays will ever be able to compare to these 2. They weren’t just funny but they were damn right clever to be able to come up with this stuff
I was stranded in Ireland for a weekend Vintage car rally the Irish contingent looked after me ,I thought I was going to die from lack of oxygen I laughed so much I couldn't breathe for the whole weekend, the jokes were all about the Irish ,non of it politically correct it was wonderful they were wonderful

There is one thing for sure and thats the Irish love a good laugh. Being Irish, self ridicule is one of the things we are good at, and the two bhoys do a great job of it. When humour was fun and not muddied by miserly complainers who get offended at the sound of laughter.
I am so glad I grew up in an era of comedy where offending people was laughed at rather than banned and banter was allowed , and what an era it was. The two Ronnies were simply irreplaceable
