Hi Michael This could be many different things from signal interruption to an actual bust speaker .... best suggestion I can give is maybe to take it back to the store of purchase for an assessment as its under warranty.

Hi Mr Ramlukan We do experience a similar issue every now and again .... and we've found it to be something between the communication between the Soundbar and tv and it can be fixed by changing the source on the sound bar then it reestablishes a connection.
i used my pervious mounting hardware lol but you just have to purchase the bracket that suits your needs , ie does it need to be fixed or tilt or be manoeuvrable and they state the size of tv the bracket can handle
Hi there. I thought the Tv HDMI ports did not have any sound output, hence I used my optical cable only. I need to go check it out. Overall, Skyworth is like Havaal. Its not for everybody, but for me, I have bought 2 already and I enjoy it a lot. Every device with a screen that I have is connected to my tv. I also connected my JBL bluetooth headphones.
We don't get many South African reviews for Skyworth TVs. Thanks.
