- Ingredients: 3 1/2 pounds Corned beef, seasoning packet, black pepper, garlic salt.
Procedure: Coat corned beef with black pepper, add the flavor packet and a little garlic salt. Heat grill to 300F and grill ~3 hours, 0r until about 170F internal. Wrap and continue until probe tender. should be about another hour, then pull at about 190 and rest.
