Grilled Goose Breast, WooHoooo!!! Good Stuff!!

Marinade the goose breast in your favorite sauce for 3-4 hours. I used Kinder’s Honey Hot. Then season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Grill indirect at 400F for about 30 minutes or until internal temp reached 160F.
