- I seasoned with the Spanglish Asadero Mexican BBQ rub. Grilled at 250 F for 3 hours. Then I spritzed with apple juice and placed pats of butter along the top of the ribs, and wrapped them and put back on the grill for another 2 hours. Pulled at 205F and ate them. They were awesome!!
