      @@zxbryc interesting thing is the gameboy also has a single wave channel, but not many people utilized it to the fullest extent. Unless you were in Europe where some obscure German games actually utilized the channel fully

    I had a burst of intense joy as I saw this notification pop up. I dramatized playing this with a countdown and heightened volume. And I was *blown away.* This might be your best cover so far. Maybe I'm biased because this is my favorite track from one of my favorite soundtracks. But *you did it perfectly.* I love you, man. I love you. Thank you a million times.

    The title reads like it has a story of its own. Gimmick remembers every time he died in the game, and the memories haunt him. By the extra stage, you can see ghost Gimmicks where they died earlier. (It's unused because they couldn't afford the save memory needed for such a cheap gimmick)

    • @nethowarrior3294
      @nethowarrior3294 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think the track was originally going to be used for a boss rush in the final level. Of course, you already killed all of the bosses, so that name makes sense.

    This is an amazing remix of this song. Still a head-scratcher why this wasn't used in the final game. Truly an underrated gem on the system. So as you may or may not know, the NES game, Journey to Silius was originally planned to be a Terminator game, tcrf.net/images/d/d4/Journey02.gif but lost the license halfway through development. I am currently in the process of hacking the original game to restore the Terminator License, changing graphics, text, palettes, (hopefully levels), and etc. I was wondering if you would be willing to to write the opening theme from Terminator 1 in the Sunsoft style for the hack. Similar to SiivaGunner's high quality "rip" of the Prologue theme th-cam.com/video/qOaHiKElhs8/w-d-xo.html from 0:00 from 1:17 and has that stinger ending part from 2:21 to 2:30 I will make sure to give credit to you. No pressure. Just a thought. Thanks! :D

    • @SwissVinyl
      @SwissVinyl  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounds interesting... Are you sure that a NSF could just be implemented into it? I’m aware that NES games tend to have different audio engines, that’s why I wonder.

    • @doodledangernoodle2517
      @doodledangernoodle2517 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sunsoft is 2A03, right? Just with the classic bass and samples. NSF files can be implemented in, you just have to know where to put it in the hex.

      @doodledangernoodle2517 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you up to it?

    • @SwissVinyl
      @SwissVinyl  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s a possibility, I can definitely say I’m interested. It all depends on if I can make something that I think sounds okay. I have begun working on something already, but I can’t make a sure promise just yet.
