Saints in 2022 will always be the biggest collapse for me, from a damaging top 4 defensive to forward half pressure powerhouse to a bottom 4 side in less than 2 weeks
Just finished watching this video and about half, if not, most of them didn't seem like single season collapses, but I definitely agree with the 2000 Collingwood team's collapse from 5-0 start to a 15th-placed finish. That rivals only the 2016 North Melbourne team for the biggest single-season collapse ever.
Still surprised 2016 Fremantle didn’t get a mention; 1st on the ladder, Home Prelim Final and in possession of the best player in the competition in 2015 just to fall to 16th the next year and lose their first 11 games of the year after going 9-0 the year prior.
Yeah good shout, but I was focusing on more single season collapses rather than teams who collapsed the next year after a very good season. That’s why I didn’t have teams like 2016 freo and last years Geelong featured.
I wouldn't call that a collapse. Adelaide still finished first and won two home finals. Fremantle's 2017 season on the other hand... they started 6-3 with a low percentage before winning just two for the rest of the year.
@@RilesMacca runners up or primers we have waited 13 years of hurt pain tourment and sadness in 2022 gf i never want to experience that feeling again Riley blood Brother I want to feel like we are on cloud ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️ 9 blood Brother Riley.
Riles sorry mate about even thinking about your content I just couldn't focus I just remember how they and GWS really lost winnable games against the Pies And the Dees when they had the Blues down for the count . Cheers Mate
2021 bulldogs top 2 all year till the last 3 rounds where they lost 3 games in a row for the first time all year. dropped out the top 4 meaning they had to play 3 (2 away) finals to make the granny. make the top 4 that season, 1 less game, far less travel maybe not as a big of a loss in the granny
Mate Cardman is not old enough to have suffered much as a supporter. I'm a 30 year old Crows fan and all I've endured is false hope and disappointment. Crows are worse than St Kilda.
idk y u replied to me all i said it was st kildas fault they had chances try being a dees fan far worse then the crows in terms of maybe not now yes pain still now in the last couple years but the whole of that@@billburwood7047
I'm surprised Geelong of 2008 didn't get a mention
Yeah that GF was an all time choke from them
Hawthorn also cheated and knocked everyone out 😂
i reckon richmond 2018 or port / brisbane 2020 could get a feature
just shows how bloody incredible gaz was. Best player of all time in my opinion

Freo lost their first TEN games of 2016, not eleven, as they would smash Essendon in Round 11.
Adelaide Crows 2017 should have been mentioned

Freo took the D's down in their own home. Docker's 2024 flagmantle
14th has never looked so good

Dees 2022 had so much problems in the 2nd half of the year

im suprised 2013 tigers werent mentioned
One of the biggest boil-overs of the 2010s for sure
Even though I support West Coast
I do feel bad for St Kilda and their supporters especially Cardman 22
They were so unlucky in 2004-05 and 2009-10
was there fault
@@BAZTRAIN True though👍🏼

the biggest collapse is the ridiculous fixture.. play each other twice or it’s bullshit !
u forgot about freo in 2023
or geelong
@@KarateSensei4Both of those teams' disappointing 2023 seasons were not single-season collapses, they were season-TO-season collapses.
