Secret recipe of chocolate chip cookies by Emi's Little Bakery 🍪
➤ Chocolate Chip Cookies
» 120g Salted Butter
» 40g White Granulated Sugar
» 160g Soft Brown Sugar
» 1 Egg
» 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
» 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
» 1 tsp Baking Powder
» 300g Plain Flour
» 250g Belgian Chocolate Chips
➛ Method: Combine the butter and sugar together, then add the vanilla and egg, whisk to combine. Add flour, Bicarbonate of Soda and Baking Powder and mix until combined. Fold in the ch uniocolate chips and roll in to small balls (each around 120g) seal in a bag and chill in the fridge overnight. Heat oven to 160c fan or 180c top/bottom heat. Place 4 of the chilled dough balls on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool on the tray before transferring to a rack ❤️
