I think if any serious gun owner or enthusiast asks themselves, they will answer the question internally, the answer is, "there are some weapons that do not need to be in the hands of civilian operators, period. There is really no purpose or point to ultra high capacity magazines. As a sniper, if you need more than one round to get the job done, you just failed.
