I just did it at 50(staff/sword). Didn't grind for it, just happen to be 50 when I did it. Had the olympia keychain, Titan chain and Atlas armlet. lightning to kill/weaken enemy for one hit finish, gravity for boats, not sure if aerora does damage through Ars Arcanum or not but had it on for cloud. Two elixirs to refill before each boss, Eithers just in case. Set both D&G to offensive, D had whatever give most MP and G had defender(why I'm 50, that and material grinding before enemy changes) and whatever add str. Cloud is simple, just damage him a bit with normal attacks then finish with Ars, should kill before his time waster move. Herc, just spam ars after each barrel, just hope he doesn't spin too much. Thats if you want to do it legit.
