    Great class, Polly! It was a fun workout, with good strength and balance moves thrown in with the cardio, and I liked the length of the class.

    It was a very good workout but I couldn't stand all d exercises do I sat down on a chair n completed d class.Thank u very much Polly.❤❤😊😊

    Thank you Polly. I found this session challenging and made me sweat. Thank you for that. Though I am not able to follow everything you do I tried as much as I can. Anyway I had a good workout.

    Great workout. I was able to keep up with you for the whole class, but movements that would have been easy a year ago are now a challenge, due to coordination and range of motion issues. But I intend to keep at it. Love P4P videos!

      Hi Cathy!! Please do keep at it!! It sounds like you are doing really well and we love hearing you sound so motivated. Great that you were able to keep up with class and we hope that with more practice perhaps some of the coordination and range of motion exercises may become a little easier.

    Thank you. The hamstring exercises were a bit difficult for me in relation to the pace and coordination. Great job to you!
