    Thanks so much! Was just looking for a way to discover more in my strategy sessions without making them feel interrogated. Perfect questions!

    Amazing. Basic question : how to roll out those relevant question without appearing pushing a questionnaire or appearing "robotic" ?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Of course it's an art. You need to ask questions as naturally as possible, acknowledge and address answers and segway smoothly from one question to the next. The more you do it, the better you'll become

    Stephen do you dovetail these questions with the Brand Exploration brief and do it as a client workshop instead of sending the brief over for the client to complete?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question Madeline... short answer is yes... it depends on how you use the discovery... If it's part of your sales strategy, you're also looking to educate them in that phase so they see the value in forking out for the strategy

    Hey this is GREAT GREAT STUFF...MY QUESTION....Is it really possible to have a branding strategy that focuses on both low and fairly high ticket values??? I f so is it advisable to do that at the beginning life segment of a start up (say, within the 1st year)??? . MANY THANKS...😎😎

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As a brand, the important point is to find the points of similarity across customer segments... This is where the overarching brand message should focus... from here, differentiated marketing specifically targeted to individual market segments allows for specificity and relevance

    Question #1 is self explanatory BUT you mention that gathering this info is not primarily for the storytelling later on, but to understand the why. if it is not just for the story telling part, what do you need to know this for, then? Where else could you apply this info in order to strategize the brand?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To create a purpose for the brand that's deeper than money

    How do you write an after brand strategy workshop summary?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  ปีที่แล้ว

      In short, you want to summarise the findings to get approval that they’re happy with the output and give an opportunity to add or adjust anything.
      We provide the summary deck and dive deep into the presentation in Brand Master Workshops

    Does this relate to the strategy session after discovery session or in the discovery phase?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy

      Great question. Strategy session. My next video is gonna break down the difference between discovery and strategy sessions. Hit that notification bell 👍👍👍

      @@BrandMasterAcademy this one confuses me. There are several questions that I'd think you would ask in the discovery phase and then maybe dive deeper or use that critical information in the strategy building phase, or am I not getting something here? Or is the discovery phase solely about getting to know what is there ALREADY, like the hard facts about the company? Please enlighten me, I d love to understand! (Anyways, as always great content).

      @@thomastalksabout2870 Think of these questions as category questions... In a workshop, you might have 10 more specific questions underneath each one of these... these are just the surface questions (some of which you might touch on in the discovery)
