  • We had a tornado come through Rogers, AR. It was really bad. We got to experience what it means to receive help. It does give you a different perspective and also provides you with context on why it is so important to provide the help that you do for your church and community. Hope this inspires you to continue being pathfinder strong.

So sorry to hear that happened! Very glad no one was hurt. I understand being on the receiving end and being worried about family and friends after they experienced a major hurricane years ago. The emotional and physical toll is great. Stay strong. All will be well in time. Really hope to see you in Gillette.

The town I went to HS in KY had a third of its housing completely flattened in 2021 by an EF4. It missed my parents by a mile. I brought my Pathfinder club there 6 months later. It was hit by an EF3 last weekend, a bit farther north in a more rural stretch. I felt like Nehemiah when he heard about Jerusalem.

Our tornado was an EF2. I could only imagine the damage both times. Thank you for sharing.

@@PathfinderStrongChannel Here is some drone footage of the 2021 storm. th-cam.com/video/I50TVCGd7Ok/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUbZGF3c29uIHNwcmluZ3MgdG9ybmFkbyAyMDIx It's one thing to see damage like this on video and quite another when you recognize flattened landmarks (like the first apartment my wife and I had after we got married - no second floor now, etc). You probably get that, too.
