Lets say if the three cameras are in NYC and you want to operate the app from LA. So the wifi network in NYC and LA will be different and if there is a way to talk to the cameras through an online portal/system to live edit the stream going to TH-cam. Thanks.

Hi there, we do not offer fully remote control at this time. We are setup for you to be on the same network as your devices.However we do allow SRT so you can technically send your feed elsewhere you just wont have control of the settings, just see the feed for your own production control.

This has never been a Mevo limitation, but rather an iOS limitation. If you are using iPadOS you can get away with it being in the background or anyone using an Android.

I can’t stop the delay feedback while using the app. One camera or many cameras I get this delay feedback in the audio and no matter what I do I cannot stop the feedback. Please help I havre tried everything.
In a context of using a third party software like OBS, will all Mevo cameras be recognized individually with the NDI output feature? Currently webcam and rtmp are limited to 1 output at a time. The multicam option is inconvenient to keep up with switching camera on Mevo App, then OBS.
Data is not stored by Vimeo or by Mevo/Streamlabs. It’s stored on your mobile device, so regardless of your plan your destinations will be there. -Joseph

Hey there, NDI requires a license for a company to integrate it into their camera. I do not believe GoPro has NDI. I wouldn't be able to speak on the Panasonic camera. Most cameras unless intended for broadcasting do not include NDI. -Joseph
Many camera and apps manufacturers are leaving behind a very important fact and need for solo video podcast creators and that is the Video follows audio. A lot of solo creators don't want or can't afford another person in the production to switch cameras for a multi-camera setup and that's when the Video Follows Audio comes super handy to have. The Atem pro switcher has it as well as Roland but from what I've seen in Mevo videos is not available in this product! Not good!
Hi there, there are many ways to improve your audio. The Mevo Start offers a 3.5mm TRS port as well as a USB-C port for audio inputs. You can also try the Remote Mic feature of the Mevo Go app. - Joseph

Is Mevo Go the only way to bring in non-Mevo cameras in MultiCam? If that's the case, and since I'm looking at the Mevo Start as solely a simple turnkey way to achieve camera switching in Skype music lessons I teach, (no need for any livestreaming at this point), I'd like to see a lower cost plan that accommodates 3rd party cams but no livestreaming. That feasible down the road?
Hi there, great suggestion but at this time we have no roadmap for any sort of alacart plan with a lower price point for only Mevo Go. The Mevo pro plan has many features beyond Mevo Go to include all features from Streamlabs Ultra as Streamlabs is also a Logitech brand. The pricing aligns with their price. If your goal is to avoid a long term subscription then hardware would be your best bet. -Joseph

I've been struggling to get ManyCam to work, it always bogs down with insufferable latency between audio and video. So bottom line, I think I can just get the Mevo 3-pack and start with that. Pro generally implies 'expensive'. What's the cost to have all this capability? Tell me it's free if you buy Mevo Starts and I'll tell you that every other multi-cam on iOS/Android/lowe end cameras will go out of business.
So complicated!!!!! Why if you are doing a Live Stream, would you have the time to find videos etc on a second party device to bring into a live stream? Why not make it simple a slick/professional looking, to be able to bring video etc direct from the device being used to stream from? Oh I guess you make money from importing from another source 😢

Ok, this Mevo Go subscription absolutely sucks. Mevo is wanting us to pay 150 dollars for what we had for free. We bought a mevo camera to record our church services. And our church isn’t big or anything, it’s hard for us to pay 150 bucks annually. This is a joke. Common this is how you ruin a company. I’m going to suggest to buy a new camera because in a few years we can pay for it. Besides paying 150 bucks a year.

We've been happy with the Mevo service so far. but I think it's crazy and sad though, now we have to pay 150 USD annually for something that should be free, and was free. We were in a middle of service when we found this out, we couldn't use our external mic setup. So it ruined our sound recording. If we would have known about this in the past, we would not have gotten a Mevo. I don't like paying for something that wasn't in the original deal, especially a heavy priced subscription.

Does it have to be only live stream? Can i edit the video after?

IRL streamer. With the mevo app, does it still need to be the active app on the phone? or are you able to open other apps now and mevo not shut down?

You can use any NDI HX camera you want or a mobile device even :)

Mevo apps are not supported on Amazon mobile devices. They are too heavily modified versions of Android for us to consistently support -Joseph
