    Erica, Love this need try this out. Plus, can you please do a vlog on how to do a full-page print and cut?

    I tried wetting the back as one of your subscribers suggested, and it worked. Just don't use to much water because if the water droplets get on the front it will smear the front or leave water spots on your design. 😢

    I thought it was only me having problems removing the backing from the A Sub pro dark transfer sheet. Thanks Erica. I will be reaching out to A Sub for refund

    Will you do some wash test on the light shirt and let us know how it holds up?

    Ive seen a few videos now and how everyone seems to struggle with the backing because they are cutting the whole image out or using the cricut to cut the entire image. With the first pass of the cut using the setting you used initially for the print iron on etc, were perfectly fine. treat it like a sticker and reverse weed after the ink had dried. Using the weed tool peel away everything outside of the image. Then you're left with the image, on the entire backing. and when you are ready to finally peel the image; run the tip of your weeding tool slowly under the image edge, and voila!! It peels without issue, no paper being stuck, and a perfect peel every time!! Hope this can help yall. If I was more video inclined I would make a video.

    How about preheating before peeling to soften the adhesive. I ve not tried it yet.

    I watched a couple of videos now this of product in use, of course after I ordered about $84 worth of product off Amazon and in the first video the person wasn't very good at his art, but I feel you are very competent, and if you had to work so hard using then it's just unbelievable that A-SUB would have put this product out with so consistent a problem presenting itself. Thank for posting this video.

      I had to contact them about the backing, they told me to add water, of course not alot of water but a small amount to moisten the back so it would peel off. I couldn't believe but it worked like a charm.

      @@mamabearbcrafting517 I recently only used this product once and I think I figured it out for myself and I get my designs peeled perfectly every time!! I cut using my cricut; but instead of thinking its meant to cut all the way through, think of it like a sticker. Reverse weed it; only leaving the image on the paper entirely. not cutting the image out. This will leave a full paper there, and all you need to do is slightly run your weeding tool under an edge and voila, peels soooooo much easier than I've seen in all these videos. its pain staking to watch everyone on all these videos cutting the image out rather than a reverse weed an peel like a sticker.

    the backing is a nightmare! I contacted them and they told me to use water to lightly moisten the back to peel it off then wait at least 30 mins for the the design to dry if it gets wet! I tried it on a already printed design and it worked but the design was ruined because I was not careful with it.

    I agree. The Dark T-Shirt transfer paper is really bad. Wasted so much ink, paper, and time trying to peel..

      Other than an email telling me to change printer/cricut settings. Which I did and it didn't work sooooo lol It's fine, I'll just continue to put out honest reviews even if the companies aren't happy with the video lol, I'm sure y'all prefer the honesty and real-time experimenting anyway

    You are not supposed to fully cut through the paper on the dark transfer, you weed out around it and then peel it off the paper

    • @buddahkahn6911
      @buddahkahn6911 ปีที่แล้ว

      U can fully cut it out u just have to know how too weed it off unless u want a white border or white offset look me I fully cut out my image u want ur work too look professional

  • @buddahkahn6911
    @buddahkahn6911 ปีที่แล้ว

    Maybe you peeling it under the heat press is your issue

    • @CreativelyErica
      @CreativelyErica  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did for just that quick second to start it because that's where the camera was set up but then I did the rest of it on my desk away from the heat press

    • @nathankaboni2220
      @nathankaboni2220 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CreativelyErica NOte: heat press will make your peel curl, so just be mindful when applying it to your shirts. Especially after pressing to get moisture out. Ive had a few instances where small intricate edges curled and were a nuisance.
