This was inspiring to watch as always. After 6 months of unemployment and getting my PMP I just got my first real PM job as a Junior Marketing Project Manager. I know nothing about marketing but I'm glad they saw my potential because I think I will love it

As a former project manager, I applaud you for inspiring others to follow your path. I was a project manager which led to me becoming a program manager, over seeing 4 projects. It was a great experience.
As a stay at home dad, this made me realize exactly how I am contributing to the happiness of my family by supporting my wife. This shit is tough!

Yes...I totally agree that you need to have confidence when talking to director's, VP's, leaders, etc. I work in corporate America and everything you said is on point. It's something I am ACTIVELY working on.

I'm so glad I came across your channel. This week I started a project management course in my master's program, and I am so ready for it! I've been interested in a project management career so I feel that this course will give me more insight into whether it's a good fit. I wonder if you have done any videos on the interpersonal dynamic of project management: conflict resolution, motivating team members if/when needed, etc.

Hi Kristyn, Love Love this video. I am a Manager for QMS so I work on a lot of projects, lead projects and interact with senior leadership on a daily basis. I actually get a thrill off of leading projects and seeing it evolve from beginning to end. Im working on becoming a certified PM as well. Im in the Quality function for my company so manager stated this needed. I also use excel to track projects. At my previous company i just Google sheets. Now im looking at utilizing MS one note. Keep up the inspiring videos. Its very much appreciated ☺️

Hi Kristen. What software do you use to track tasks and status updates? I use to use MS Project; however, when I moved on to a different company, and on various projects, I noticed it isn’t used across many. I’m just interested to know. Great video keep up the great work Lady ❤️💫✨⭐️
Hey! That is a great question. As of right now I use excel and gather most updates manually but the system I use has a report I can grab updates on each item. So long story short just excel for now as we don't have a software we use as an organization. Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any other questions.

One question working as an independent contractor how can I find a contract to give to my client if I decide to work as an independent contractor? I have contracts from my previous job but that was working as a virtual assistant and that job didn't go so well. Can I use the same contract or should I use something totally different. If you don't mind can you tell me what I should do to get the contract and if it is a good idea to work as an independent contractor in project management.

Hey love! We don’t have any dedicated programs that we use. I wish we did sometimes… I will say thankfully they take interactions at my company between men and women really seriously that I’ve never had any experiences that made me lift an eyebrow. I have been pretty blessed from that perspective. When I deal with projects that involve people from outside our organization it’s always been with consultants and they’ve been the ones managing the project so that made it easy for me lol as they were making the big bucks to be in charge. ❤️ wish I could help more 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️ and thank you 🙏🏾

How do you make the white chocolate mocha drink? It looks so good 😩 And where is the cup from?
I buy the white chocolate from a lady who has access to the vendor Starbucks uses from eBay. I’m assuming she owns a store because it’s really not supposed to be available to everyone lol. If you search eBay you’ll see it. I use their light blend coffee and a make a shot of coffee with my Keurig. It’s four pumps of syrup and milk (I use coconut milk). Tastes exactly the same as Starbucks.
