Sir ...i have done my acl and miniscus surgery on 13 November and my stitches cutting on 28 November....and my doctor said start bending the knee at 30 degree forst ....and i i am able to bend my knee (back side of foot ,not fingers, measured with other leg by keeping straight) upto my knee from the past two days ...but today the third day ...its paining in bending, as i have endoscrew button surgery....so sir, as forst two days i am able to bend my knee upto my knee(measured with other leg knee by oeeping both knee straight ) so sir ...is it going well for me ...

Main to operation screen me dekh bhi raha tha ye Kya kar rahe sab knee ke andar, aur knee drill karte time bhi drill ka pata chala..ab sabke upar hota hai wo kaise deal karte hai..
