I have Meniscus Tear of grade 3 on the posterior horn of medial meniscus - left knee I was undergoing physiotherapy before it for the past 2 months until MRI showed positive result. Pain : only when I sit with cross legs down, or any twist moment Knee joint gets stuck for a second when bent while doing weight bearing activities like walking downstairs, when doing left knee forward lunges, jumping solely on the left knee, running etc.
