Honestly, I understand. With Inflation ,materials and labor costs on the rise you have to charge more but if you’re looking to build a 4,000sqft home and a 2,000 sqft shop like we are that’s between $740,000-$810,000 and that’s not accounting upgrades. I rather be my own contractor and sub out everything to save money but I respect what you guys do.
I thought he said $120/sq foot in another video and now also $185/sq foot. That is a gigantic difference. Was it inflation or a home with more upgrades? You can build a normal house for that price.

Not a bad price for custom. If you did this in Florida it would be well over a million. Material cost expensive now and lots of nice things in this build. I have been in Real Estate over 41 years with Remax. Houses prices are up all over. Bad for the poor first time buyers.😢

These are definitely bardo's for one's whom money is not an issue.

On one of your descriptions of your models you have typo....
It says custom ( care)garage.
Also on some of your videos, you don't show 2nd & 3rd bedroom closets (which is important to know how big)
Also why don't you list the prices for these models, not customs.😢😮

We do! We can build in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, NC, SC, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana and Mississippi! Heck we have contractors that can build in several states!

@@ghilliemanreviewsMy childhood home just sold for $900k in 2020. Parents bought it for $147k in 1990. Their mortgage payment was under $400 a month and my parents sold it a year after paying it off. They bought a home in Seven Lakes, NC for $300k that's worth $450k now. That is the American Dream lol. Paid off house. Half a million in the bank with my mom's 401k and my dad's pension lol. Save cash you'll have a chance a fire sale homes in 2-3 years.
