Nice house that has many nice features , except that kitchen layout is awful. Definitely not a cook for this one.

Is it just the set up of where rooms are, or are a lot of the dimensions different? Specifically, I’m trying to figure out the dimensions of the kitchen/open living area? Thanks!

Can these be shipped to Arizona?
They can be built anywhere in the US, it's not a kit they just have kind of a standard set of floorplans they use but any builder can put this up wherever you are, it's basically a metal shed with insulation and finished walls.
How much do these cost
That depends on what area you are in but in my part of Texas you should expect to spend about $60-$70 per square foot and obviously much more if you go to higher end finishes like granite counters and hardwood flooring etc.
