The basement was PERFECT. My only concern is owners suite on main. I prefer upstairs. It feel more secure

This is a nice home I think the designer could have done better with the fixtures they look pretty cheap especially in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The interior looks pretty basic there’s nothing that stands out stating you wouldn’t be able to live without this home. The hardwood throughout is nice and the ceilings are impeccable. I wish it would have had some marble counter tops and and another color cabinetry.
Katie, when you buy a house, keep in mind that what is most important are location and construction. The finishes/fixtures can easily be changed if they are not to your liking and because buyers likes are different that is one of the reasons some builders leave the finishes incomplete and allow the buyer to select those.

Jada, I love touring staged homes too but I can imagine it would have been a bit costly to stage this size home.
jada in Britain you go to a new build home. And there’s the option of the buyers keeping the furniture some of the more expensive homes come with the furniture

Beautiful home, especially the ceilings. Large and spacious rooms, except the kitchen is so small for a home of this magnitude. For the asking price of $1.2M the lot should be larger. The other homes within this community are too close together for the price of these homes. It seems the builders are squeezing new homes into every inch of space they can find. Atlanta prices are ridiculous at this point. The ATL no longer seems to be the place to go for affordable homes for $600,.00 or lower. I guess for the type of clientele moving to the ATL, this home price may work for some. Geez, I wish I had purchased a home in the ATL ten years ago!
Model, Metro Atlanta is still one of the most affordable metro areas to buy a house. This home is on the higher end and does not represent the median home price in Atlanta. There are still many homes for sale for $600,000 and below. In fact, the median home price is around $270k

Lovely home!! I personally would customize the master bedroom/bathroom to be bigger by knocking that wall down that is with the extra little living room space and take away the bricks and plants in the back yard for more room

Lillian, the reality is, not everyone wants a swimming pool in their backyard, regardless of the price of the home because not only does a swimming pool increases what you pay for your homeowner's liability insurance coverage but there is also the maintenance cost. So, most builders will not install a swimming pool because some buyers would not purchase the home if there is one. A swimming pool is usually an addition made by the homeowner, if they so choose, after they have purchased the home.

Unfinished so the new owners can choose, not a deterrent to the pricing. How many bedrooms are you expecting? Six sounds about right for this sized home, any more than that and the bedrooms might be too cramped. And where on this lot do you propose putting a pool? I’m sure there is a pretty nice one in the clubhouse where you don’t have to worry about maintaining it. Trust me, they are something to maintain.

The wire racks in the closet should be removed . It cheapens the home . It’s very HUGE and spacious . The wall of windows and the fireplace are my favorite 💙💙💙
Would have loved to see some stone work around those fireplaces. This house lacked the architectural detail that I like.
