This home I liked. Event though, it was not an open concept and some of the closet weren’t costumed made, main bedroom wasn’t as big as I thought it would be, and the storage room wasn’t completed, I can overlook these things because of everything else.
I loved that it had a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, the neighbors were far away (privacy), the nature walk to the private lake and private dock was beautiful, finished basement, with a guest house and 5 acres. Now, that’s getting your money’s worth. Highlight more of these home.

Beautiful ❤. I like that it leaves room to customize the home to your liking (I'd change the closets and of course the basement). The price is a bit high for the area, but with the acreage and the guest house definitely justifies the higher price. This property is amazing. The study/office is perfect!!!

Love that this house has some acreage, pool, and guest house. I can see some things i would change like closets, appliances, etc. but that's the beauty of ownership. You can redesign any way you like as often as you like!

Was also super shocked at the primary bedroom!thought it should have been bigger for how big the house was
We have a King size bed & I kept looking at the room trying to figure out where exactly would our bed go lol… Yea they did a horrible, horrible job with the primary suite set up!
Lots of little baby closets that wouldn't be considered a walk-in and so many doors, my gracious I don't think I've ever seen a house so chopped up inside. Loved the outside though. Vote Blue Ya'll!

This place is huge
It's been a long while since I've seen a house near living up to it's asking price, but this one comes close. I do feel that there should be more accent features. The green doors are a good start, but it seems that is also where it stopped. The closets should not have wire shelving and there could be way more space in the master closet. Thanks for sharing🌸

This home is spectacular!! The home has everything that I was unaware of that I needed. The guest home is unbelievable, the " guest " wouldn't leave . I'm speechless about the asking price as this home should be more. The pool , the lake , the bridge would be my oasis, my reason to smile. The owner of this is would truly be blessed . The basement is amazing , just everything. The bedrooms the bathrooms, just everything. I have a million dollar range so this home wpuld be oit of range but I so enjoy the video . If my business endeavor take off then maybe I'll be able to afford. I'm a hospice nurse with plans of opening a funeral home.

The place is spectacular.. I kinda feel like there is a catch.. is it the lake? Or the location? Or the neighborhood?
The property is truly stunning! It is also located in a beautifully landscaped private gated community of Johns Creek.
Why builders always use the cheap white paint on walls although it can brighten and looks clean but its cheap and boring! I would love to change it to maybe greenish gray it will partner perfectly with the moldings.
Other than that its my perfect home BECAUSE I LOVE LOVE LOVE WOODEN FLOORS! ❤ not to mention excellent lansdscape on my huge property!
Most builder/sellers choose white paint to allow the home to be a blank canvas so that the potential buyer can paint any room the color they prefer. Choosing a specific color only caters to a specific buyer not all. I think your color concept is a great idea! I'm gad you enjoyed the property. We hope to see you on the next tour!
I love the design of the home but while looking at the video and pertaining to the kitchen, there are no electrical outlets for small appliances. The morning bar and pantry do not have electrical outlets as well as some of the half bathrooms. Hopefully, the owners can have these installed.
Private walk to the lake … people can still walk onto the owners land from the lake?

There is no room for wire racks in a 3 million home Yes the land is worth it but that house has to go it's awful.
If you can afford the home, the least of your worries should not be wire racks. SMDH change them out 😅😂😅!
