- I remember when I was a kid... this is my favorite snacks... with just a few coins you can already buy a big, crunchy and delicious snacks... How To make This Cassava Crispy is so easy... the SALVARO CASSAVA RECIPE is made from grated cassava, spread in banana leaves so thinly and dried under the heat of the sun then fried in oil to make this crunchy. This is usually drizzled with caramel sauce.
Ingredients:
1 kg cassava, peeled, grated
banana leaves
for the sauce:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup brown sugar
