Loved the ending! What a sweet boy and a fast lil pony! Thanks for sharing 😊

I love the zoomies at the end! I’m rewatching all these videos and hungrily learning more. I only trim my two but am fascinated by hooves.

Looks good! Bring that point of contact back. Underrun heels sneak up on ya. Thanks for Video

Thanks for posting this , have been struggling with this problem on one of my horses for a few months and did'nt want to touch the sole he'd built up,great explanation and a plan to go on with :):):)

Loved this video. Very interesting to see as my horse has a bit the same problem due to laminitis about a year ago. Great to see how you interact with the horses, true horsemanship 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

loved the little race in the end, really cute :) Thanks for sharing! I'm only getting started with hooves, trying to gather as much sensible information as i can! As far as i can tell, you've done a pretty good, logical job :) Could you explain please why you're leaving the cracked sole (is that dead sole?) on the hoof? I've mainly seen it in another of your trim videos (of that mid20year old Bull i think) - isn't that supposed to getting rid of? I'm really trying to understand so every explanation is highly appreciated! :) Thanks again and hello from Germany!

If youve ever done a dissection of a 'retracted sole' you can see how little depth of sole you have to play with. Millimetres under p3.

Loved your trim technique. Working on removing false sole for my foundered horse and getting him better footing for his dry lot. Just wondering what kind of footing you have in this video that the horses were running on. How did you place it so it stays put and no grass grows up under it? Thanks.

Hi ! Hope you don't me asking! Just rescued a mare that is said to have laminitis, made her a nice deep bedding area for rest and got her easy boots, do you have any recommendations? I'm sure I'll have plenty tomorrow after we see the vet !

How do you keep the rasp so nice looking, or is it brand new?

I think you mean sole, as in the sole of the hoof. Not soul.

Would have liked to see a side view of the feet to see the heel height.
