You always show the exercise and then give loads of examples of how to use them. This is what makes you the most awesomest sax teacher on the internet. No other online teacher does this. So can you keep on making this way!!!😃
Nothing to say but yes! I did this for years on the piano. But I forgot when I start the sax. Getting back to the basics is the good way. Thanks to remember this.
Lynden I was just considering giving up sax! Been struggling along for a few years .. sold the Tenor and concentrated on the Alto . Stumbled across your utube lessons ! Downloaded the Band session and started today with the patterns . I get the theory .. but prior to your lesson I wasn’t getting the ideas into the sax playing . You Sir have just inspired me , what a difference in a few hours . Coffee on its way .. we have cats ! They also throw up on the carpet , that video helped as well . Keep up your brilliant style of teaching . Thank you .

It would be great to have a quick guide to Session-Band as it sounds much better than my iReal player. Your screen notes are great as I just use them to write my own. Do you use the music scores too, or think it better with just writing the notes? Both work for me now.Thanks😎
Thanks for this Guy 🤝🤝🎷🎷 I don’t use manuscript for my videos yet, I’m all honesty I’m more of an ear player anyway, my sight reading is at best about a grade 5 so I’m more comfortable with letter names. Also transferring manuscript to the screen is something I haven’t figured out exactly how to do yet, but I’m still learning. I relaunched my channel about three months ago and I’m constantly looking at ways to develop and improve it so having written music is definitely in the list.
