Love mine. Living in the mountains, I’m constantly going up steep hills that are winding. This little vehicle handles them like a champ. The AWD has been amazing in inclement weather. Driving a little crazy at times, I still managed to get 27.9 average miles to the gallon.
The first review I've seen where the host went through all the buttons and knobs on the inside of the vehicle. Thank you and well done. Ive just been left a little bit of an inheritance and am in the market for my last vehicle. Mazda CX-30 G20 Evolve (Australia) is my vehicle of choice. Just need to get out and test drive one. Had a Mazda 3 NEO for the last 15 years. Brilliant car.
The turbo is even more fun. I just picked up a Mazda CPO CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus. I drove both the CX-5 and CX-30 with the turbo powertrain. One can really feel the extra 300-400# of the CX-5, and since it's only me in the car 90% of the time, the smaller CX-30 is a better fit. It's a tall Mazda3. I moved from a 2012 3 S Touring (2.5L N/A w/6MT) to this CX-30 and couldn't be happier. But yes, this is my 4th Mazda, so I might be a bit biased. My son did get an Impreza a couple of years ago and it's a fine car as well. But yeah, the CVT makes me shy away. I hated my wife's 2010 2.5L Altima and the rubber band sensation of driving that CVT. But, to my chagrin, it went 200k trouble free miles.
We test drove a 2024 CX-30 recently. Fun car. The only thing I didn't like was the ride. You can feel every bump in the road. The Mazda 3 and CX-5 both handle bumps better.
Great video! a little less space for an suv than I would want, but for less money than the cx50 without having to go turbo it is a second quicker on the 0 to 60. I would have to listen to that sound system as I am really spoiled with the Bose in my 15 Murano. Did the CX30 ride good and absorb bumps comfortably?
It would be hard to go from the Bose to the standard system, but could be done. I thought it rode well, maybe a touch on the firmer side, but still a nice ride. Great handling for sure
Wow, definitely learned a few things about this vehicle I'm driving, lol, thank you. One question I have is regarding the album / radio station graphics when listening to terrestrial radio without my phone plugged in, w my 21 cx 30 it wasn't an issue after a few hours worth of driving it displayed graphics, unfortunately not so w the 24 and I've had it for months now.. Any suggestions?? Thanks
In other words try to shorten it up a little bit Not much but a little bit I think you're ordering would appreciate it better What is the technology part The rest of it's good
Should have also blacked-out that "sore-thumb" huge chrome trim piece up-front. Looks out of place, especially on vehicle with black wheels & thick black cladding.
I thank you for doing a awesome job But Some of your tech with the vehicle need to be cut down Maybe be a little bit more quicker with it or he make a separate video showing the technology in it And they don't go so much indeed Details of the technology It takes away from the video Short and sweet And tell them if they want to see more about the technology
Thank you for reviewing trims that most customers actually buy! Although I'm not in the market, I enjoy watching your very comprehensive reviews! 👍👍👍

Visibility is something you have to get used to in this car, but it is such a good and fun daily car.

Mazda and Subaru both have good looking vehicles.
does the cx30 come with a manual transmission?
Can I get more info about the Off Road button? This car does quite poorly in slushy snow, so would the Off Road button help?
Pick up my cx30 select sport Friday. Trading in my jeep.

Great as a daily especially with Select Sport trim. Great review as always. Greetings
Since I am a Mazda fan, I consider buy this.
I've had a couple of Mazdas and they are great cars. Great review.
Thanks for another vid!
Excellent job Kenny.
I like that size of the car. And 6 speed automatic!
If you can live with the size, you get a lot here. Anytime the price of a car starts with a 2, that’s awesome 😁
Agreed

@@703Speed Thanks for the response and extra info. That helped alot.

Does the select sport and the base model cx-30 have a automatic starter on the key FOB? Thanks Kenny
Still a connection between mazda and ford? Exterior is really attractive. Thumbs up review. Peace bro
No more. Thanks bro. I appreciate your support
Finally, an in-depth review. Great job man!
I like this trim, but I wish it had heated seats.
are the brakes and acceleration sensitive? would rather have it sensitive over delayed..
Brakes felt great to me. Acceleration was pretty decent all things considered
Needs more cladding.
You Think?
This should be the base model
I don’t disagree, but some people like cloth
Thank you sir
In other words try to shorten it up a little bit Not much but a little bit I think you're ordering would appreciate it better What is the technology part The rest of it's good
I appreciate your constructive criticism. I will take what you say into consideration

Top car
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
👊🏼👊🏼
Its a Jatco transmission, jointly developed and shared with Ford vehicles.
No more ford it's all mazda parts which is the best
It's a reliable 6 speed automatic. It's all Mazda.
LED headlights are standard on the base model. If you’re going to do car reviews - do your homework first
I prefer Mazdas
Easy ,the Mazda is better.Their quality is way better all round

The engine is made in mexico, transmission is made in thailand. HARD pass.
For Mazda or Subaru? Thank you!
What you mean? GM are made in USA and they are shit 😉
$29k + tax = 😢
$28K OTD
