triple apple cake-
3 chopped envy apples, dried apples, apple sauce , 3 cups oats salt free bp and bs, cinn/nutmeg/ 6tbs flax seed. vanilla

Chef AJ, do you include water in the recipe in the first stage when you throw in the broccoli and potatoes? I personally had to do it because the pressure cooker (same brand as yours) said "food burn".

These recipes looks delicious. For the broccoli bisque in addition to the broccoli, potatoes, onion, dill, and mustard there must be some liquid in the instant pot. Can you please share the amount of water or broth for that recipe? Also is that a quick release or a slow release? Thanks so much!!
I can’t find this recipe but the Mary Mcdougle recipe calls for broth? Is there no broth in this one you made because of it being in the instant pot?
Chef AJ... I don't know if you will see this but I have an instant pot and for the last 3 years it's been in the box. How do you determine cooking times on recipes you just "throw together"? I'm very intimidated!!!

I stopped eating tomatoes cuz I saw a few videos from Dr. Gumfy ( not sure of the spelling of his last name ) but I miss my tomatoes 🥲 it’s so hard to know who to believe these days
Dr Gundry is a complete nut case eat your tomatoes and beans.
He also says not to eat beans that they are the cause of the biggest problems in the United States. People in United States, eat 6 pounds of beans a year only. It’s hard to think all the problems with diet in United States are caused by 6 pounds of beans. The problem is people aren’t eating enough beans, his whole premise is based on if you don’t cook them enough who eats beans that are raw or hard? He sells a lot of products to you under scare tactics. Don’t worry about it. Beans are the main principal food of the blue zones.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

@@RichS.73yroldbodybuilder you have such a good point cuz I’ve noticed he does sell a lot of stuff & it could get very confusing especially if all this health stuff is new to me lol but I do like Chef AJ’s channel cuz she has a lot of good guest. So I guess I will re- introduce tomatoes back in my life lol can I eat them raw in my salad or is all the lectin stuff just a scare tactic? My poor husband hasn’t eaten tomatoes either so I’m sure he will be happy lol
