    Enroll here: ultimatereboot.org/enroll/
    Here's what Janet says:
I gave myself a weight problem at the young age of 12 by starving herself to lose five pounds! I
immediately overate, gained it back and more. "When my weight reached 199 ¾ I stopped weighing myself. By then I had tried every diet I could find and at this point I couldn’t even lose the weight anymore. My body had become a fat storing machine.
I finally realized diets don’t work.
Since going Whole Food, Plant Exclusive, Sugar, Oil and mostly Salt-free in July 2020, I lost 40+
pounds! My cholesterol is now in a normal range and my blood pressure averages around 108/70.
My heart rate is back down around 44bpm like it used to be. I weigh 116 -118 pounds and I feel
    amazing!
Now, I cycle tour while eating WFPE SOS free, wonderful food! I love to exercise, ride my bike, lift
weights, walk, hike and just enjoy being active. I lead Kitsap County Podsters, also on Facebook
group. I lead mostly short bike tours of a few days up to four weeks during the summer months. I
hope to inspire and assist all those who are open to shifting to a WFPE SOS.
“Save your life, save the animals and save this sacred planet."
I did the reboot in January of 2022 to help me learn how to maintain this new way of life and keep
this weight off. I highly recommend it and I will be doing it again this January. Chef AJ is
inspirational and has surmounted so many obstacles in her life. She has lots to tell us and John
Pierre also has worked with so many others and helped with their transformation. If you are
wondering if it is for you go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Once I eliminated cooking with oil and high fat food, it impacted not just my weight but lowered my high cholesterol.
