I'm very happy you are having success with your business., and wish you more going forward. One suggestion if I may - you don't need the music, especially at the mixed volume. It's like what you hear on hold when trying to contact a government office.
I just ordered one of these from you guys. Do you think one of the archive x atat paint set will be enough? Or should I get 2? I've never painted a kit this big or gotten paint from them. I also usually use lacquer paint.

I've found that the best snow effect is to use finely crushed up polystone.
