    I wanted to send my thanks to each of you for helping with my recovery. I had surgery recently for breast cancer. Part of my recovery is to attend physical therapy sessions to regain movement, strength, and mobility in my arms. Many of the arm movements in your workouts mimic the exercises in my physical therapy sessions. So when I get bored with static movements, I use your videos to add some excitement to my workouts (with some modifications as needed). Thank you for helping me on my road to recovery. You guys are the very best & I appreciate you every day!!!!! :)

    I just finished the workout and I have to say that although I did not understand anything I had a lot of fun !! Today Louis had too much energy🤣 and everyone's laughter transmitted a lot of positivism to me ... in my country it just dawned so I started the day smiling thanks to you guys !!!
    I froze when I thought Ryo was going to take off his shirt 🙈🤣 You are all very handsome 😍 Thank you very much for everything and Success for this 2021 🎊🎊

    I have already made a lot of your workouts, but this one is one of the hardest.
    My shoulders don't thank you, but i do.
    One of the hardest and probably the funniest. You all are so distracted that makes me the time flies away more quickly than usually.

    I still need to watch this, but wanted to comment first. I am so excited about a new walking workout and was totally gung-ho about doing it today, then I saw it was for arms. Guys, I just killed my arms yesterday. 😩 I definitely need to watch now to see if I can handle this today. Thank you for new content! Y'all are the best.

    At this point, I don't even care about English subtitles anymore. I've been working out with them for a year now so I mainly focus on their hand gestures and body language when they get ready to do the next exercise. I love the walking series, their 'special guest' is hilarious lol. Glad he's back.

    완료했어요 1세트까진 쉬웠는데 2세트 이후로 힘들더니 다 끝나니 땀이 주루룩~~ 식단 중이라 전 맛난건 못먹지만 그래도 좋네용~~

    안녕하세요^^ 올블랑티비의 존재를 너무 늦게 알아서 요즘엔 계속 예전에 올리신 영상들을 보면서 운동을 따라하고 있는데요, 오늘은 올리신지 얼마안된 따끈한 영상을 따라하게 되었습니다. 상대적으로 하체보다는 조금 덜 무리가 가는 상체 팔운동을 중심으로 된 운동영상이라 45분으로 평소 따라하던 영상보다 시간이 길었음에도 불구 몸에 무리감 없이 재미있게 따라할 수 있었던것 같습니다. 오늘도 땀흘리고 나서 기분좋은 저녁을 선사해주심에 감사드리며 항상 복 많이 받으세욧^^ 감사합니다.! 운동 퀄리티뿐만 아니라 너무 재미있게 영상 찍어주셔서 올블랑티비만 켜면 너무나도 즐겁습니다.!

    i've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now and today is the first time i have been able to workout the entire session without pausing at all.on day one i wasn't able to keep up for even 15s with the exercises. i was strugging sooo much with the bench press and arm circles..... But today i'm happy with myself..

    I did this workout this morning and I love it. Anyone, even with limited physical ability, can do this workout. When my arms got tired, I just kept moving my feet and joined back in. I love these guys. Their laughs are contagious, they make working out fun, and are very encouraging. Thankful I found this channel.

    This was wonderful. I'm still recovering from that massive quad pull (it takes longer when you're 72) so this was easy peasy but still a good work out. As an ex dancer I loved that some of these moves were dance-like so I put on a full video playlist of Oneus on the TV and played your video on the laptop and we all had a good time. Many thanks!

    This was so much fun, the moves and the crew! Why was Ryo so cute in this video? Also, I want James's metabolism. I burnt 280 calories during this workout :( But I loved it and had fun, thank you! Also, Tal-Chum must be a move in all walking workouts! :D
