      Agar neend tumari need se jyada ho raha hai to physical exercise karo jaise ki yogasana, dand uthak-baithak, walking, cycling, running. Body active nahi hai... isiliye laziness ata hai.

      Yes! Prayanama should be done in empty stomach. You can do after 3 to 4 hours of meal.

      Slow inhale ka practice kijiye. Suru mein hi jaldi jaldi breathing na kare. Jab inhale karenge tab 1 se leke 10 tak count kijiye, then 8 count tak hold kijiye, then 10 count tak exhale.
