As a BM I can appreciate this message. As a BM single no children in college I often meet BW with children with at least 2 kids the hardest part is I get called selfish for not wanting to date or entertain SBM being a step dad is such a thankless job you know it bothers me because I see a lot of BW don’t have standards for a man until they have birthed children by other men that didn’t partake in these BW becoming SBM🙏🏾👑

This is exactly what I needed today. I have been hurt deeply and suffered trauma from the pain of being in relationships with selfish men. After giving my life to Christ and working on myself, I have recently tried out dating. It's not been the most successful so far but I can feel that I am healing thanks to our Lord and Father. I have been able to practice all of the things you've mentioned naturally. Many things have been scary to me, like opening up, but with Faith, I have been able to open up and to enjoy the experience. I have also been terrified to fail miserably as I've done in the past but now, I just don't see that being a possibility. When I walk with God, He guards my heart. He lets me know if I should leave or stay and that keeps my heart away from the suffering I have been afraid of. I can now walk away with dignity and feel relieved that I am healed and I shall not be afraid.

My mother was a “superwoman” when it came to our home, she was more of the head of the house than my father who was extremely passive. I always felt I could not live up to the type of wife she was. I have read books listened to your and others TH-cam channels but I can’t seem to shake the fear. I’ve always sabotaged my relationships. Any advice on how to get past my fear and trauma?

@RCBlakesJr I am a middle aged woman, Ive never been married. I have always feared marriage,
mostly because my parents had a dysfunctional marriage. My mother was a “superwoman” when it came to our home, she was more of the head of the house than my father who was extremely passive. I always felt I could not live up to the type of wife she was. I have read books listened to your and others TH-cam channels but I can’t seem to shake the fear. I’ve always sabotaged my relationships. Any advice on how to get past my fear and trauma?
I'm old school, I was southern raised and also raised by healthy masculine men as well as the healthier black women to be a wife. I'm not ashamed of that

I so appreciate this and I thank Jehovah God through his son Jesus Christ for putting you in my life to help guide and teach me the most important things that I didn't have a father to teach me and although I had a slew of uncles and male cousins, they were too busy doing their own things and yes, some protected me and taught me how to protect myself but what you are teaching on right now is definitely not only from God and Jesus but definitely from your heart and I love you for that.
