Those zip tie things that came with the fan are supposed to be pushed through the edges of the radiator fins that are near the core edges. The way you did it will probably hold better than those pos things that come with those fans. Also, I love the fact you just kept going whenever the light fell over. How did the plastic welder work out? I've been thinking about picking one up, but yeah. I'm glad you're putting the exhaust out the back instead of out the side like people do. I would put some kind of mesh over the area where you cut out for the intercooler. Keep road debris from bouncing up and into your intercooler. Source: I've installed many.
Love these types of comments. Thank you for the info! The plastic welder worked great. It’s just a matter of how much patience you have and how perfect you want to make it. I’ve used it quite a bit actually
@@brotherboost happy to help! I love that these Hondas still have such a strong following and that I'm able to vicariously live my greens of a boosted d16 through your videos! Keep it up my dude!
@@brotherboost no not yet, I got the same turbo and everything just needs set aside some time from work to put it together, I was just wondering if I should get a new inter cooler so I won’t mess up my engine
Very good content man I’m also boosting my d16 and this video definitely helped out
So glad I could help! Good luck!

I'm waiting for an eBay kit also for a ZC doch, I'll follow your movements
How much did you spend on entire setup? I have the same car/engine. I am considering a turbo.
i have a question. can my stock intercooler be enough or so u recommend getting a new intercooler just like you
I’m sure your stock intercooler would be fine with a smaller turbo like this. What car is it on?
@@brotherboost 1997 Honda civic ex sedan
@@michaelcespedes9212 it’s already boosted?

@@michaelcespedes9212 if your car wasn’t already boosted then it won’t have an intercooler
