Egg yolk 4
Sugar 20g｜1.5Tbsp
Vegetable oil 60g｜1/4cup
Rind of 1 orange
Orange juice 80ml
Cake flour 100g｜3/4cup
Cornstarch 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Cocoa powder 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Egg whites 4
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 80g｜1/3cup
Tubepan 20cm
Bake at 160°C｜320°F for 40-45 minutes

Mayoria usam tamanho L 63-73 gramas, e so expetimentar dentro dese parametro, ou esperar a resposta do Apron. Desculpa meu Portuguese errado kkk.

Sem fermento. Usa 10 g de amido de milho em cada massa. Bolo chiffon não leva fermento. O q faz crescer são as claras em neve.

I followed but no Salt and baking powder in the ingredients Soo I didn't put any of it Soo my chiifon cake was totally flat.
She put "Cake Flour"...that means Flour with baking powder
